Agado Agency started with HR activities in firstly as a local student services provider. At the beginning, we were operating just in our capital Ljubljana, where we still have our headquarters, but with developing a modern web-mode functioning, we extended our business to entire Slovenia. With our experiences in managing human resources systems, operating student services and using modern communications in relation to electronic commerce over the years, we have joined the project of modern student employment agency, which is constantly developing and adapting to the needs of employers, students and business partners. Due to new demands and needs in 2010 we have opened a Info point in Brežice and in 2011 also two additional Info points in Krško and Maribor. While in the beginning our activity was primarily aimed to student’s work, in 2011 we started with restructuring and expanding our additional business activities for different target groups. Short-term goals of our company are mainly directed to the development of recruiting activities and entry into the European and global markets in the area of human resource management. Because of the current situation and promised national law changes, recruiting will become our main business activity, which will also depend on reliable and above all satisfied business partners. That’s why our primary aim in the business still remains their overall satisfaction and overall positive business results.

Društvo Študentov Kadrovskega Menedžmenta Hr Student Association
Cilj študentskega društva je poleg zagotavljanja kakovostnejšega znanja s področja kadrovskega menedžmenta tudi in predvsem zgraditi most med teorijo in prakso. Društvo študentov kadrovskega menedžmenta (DŠKM) je bilo ustanovljeno z ustanovno sejo 14. marca 2001. Takoj naslednje leto je bilo kot štirinajsto društvo sprejeto v Zvezo društev za kadrovsko dejavnost Slovenije (ZDKDS), sedaj SKZ. Namen društva je študentom kadrovskega menedžmenta pomagati pri vsakodnevnih dejavnostih, popestriti študij in ga razširiti tudi na praktično področje. Poleg zagotavljanja kakovostnejšega znanja s področja kadrovskega menedžmenta, so cilji DŠKM usmerjeni tudi k večji prepoznavnosti študijske smeri, ki se po novem imenuje Sociologija – Upravljanje organizacij, človeških virov in znanja. Zgoraj omenjene cilje društvo dosega z organizacijo predavanj, tečajev, delavnic, strokovnih ekskurzij in seminarjev. Zbira se podatke tako o samem študiju kot tudi o študentih smeri sociologija – upravljanje organizacij, človeških virov in znanja, ter seznanja študente z delom kadrovikov. V skrbi zagotoviti čimbolj kakovostne storitve za svoje člane, si društvo prizadeva povezovati se tudi z drugimi društvi in organizacijami, udeležuje se in sodeluje na raznih njihovih predavanjih, seminarjih, konferencah ipd.
