Digital Transport And Logistics
The Association "Digital Transport and Logistics"(DTL) was established in 2019 with the support of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation by the companies "Russian Railways","Aeroflot —Russian Airlines","RT-Invest Transport Systems","Zashchitainfotrans","GLOSAV" and "Aviatelekominvest". In the same year, the Association was joined by the State Corporation for the Organization of Air Traffic in the Russian Federation and Azimut (part of Rostec State Corporation), in 2020 - TransTeleCom Company and the State Company Russian Highways (Avtodor), in 2021 - OZON, MegaFon, Rosmorport, GLONASS JSC, the Center for the Organization of the Movement of Unmanned Vehicles (BTS Data Center is a joint venture with Rostec Group, Diginavis and Project 7), Datapax and the United Transport and Logistics Company – Eurasian Railway Alliance (OTLK EPA). DTL is the competence center for the digital transformation of the transport complex of the Russian Federation. The strategic partners of CTL are the State Transport Leasing Company (GTLC) and the SMARTS company, the partners are ANO Digital Economy, Hamburg Port, the National Union of Experts in the Field of Transport and Logistics (SEL), the Association of Sea Trade Ports (ASOP), Moscow Automobile and Road State Technical University (MADI), Intersectoral Expert Council for the Development of the Truck Automotive and Road Industry (MOES), International Association of Logistics Business (MALBI), Yandex.Taxi and Innopolis University. The Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP), established in June 1990, is a non-governmental organisation promoting the interests of Russia’s business community. The RSPP President is Alexander Shokhin. The RSPP was set up to promote Russian business interests in Russia and abroad, to help make Russia more business friendly and attractive to investors, and to maintain the balance of interests of business, government and society. The RSPP represents the interests of all Russian businesses, regardless of their size, sector or location. The RSPP operates in two capacities: as a non-governmental organisation, and as a national association of employers. This enables the RSPP to promote the interests of its members most effectively. Today, the RSPP is made up of around 130 sectoral and regional associations of employers.
