Regional Youth Cooperation Office - Ryco
Regional Youth Cooperation Office (RYCO) is an independently functioning institutional mechanism, founded by the Western Balkans 6 participants (WB 6): Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo*, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia, aiming to promote the spirit of reconciliation and cooperation between the youth in the region through youth exchange programs.

Western Balkans Fund
The Fund’s main objective is to boost cooperation between its members, to strengthen relations and regional cohesion, to advance integration into the European Union. It is being done by promoting common values among citizens, civil society and regional actors by strengthening and providing a concrete approach at the “people-to-people” level. The Fund aims to achieve these goals by supporting common regional projects and by bringing people to share mutual experiences and be aware of values, traditions and culture of their respective countries. The process of preparation and implementation of projects by regional actors, representatives of civil society, business community and local institutions will serve to increase the capacityfor larger and more complex projects in the future. George C. Marshall Albania
George C. Marshall – Albania” Association was established on 2016 as a nonprofit organization with the purpose to promote the “National Defense and Security Strategy” and also to give its contribution on raising public awareness regarding the most sensitive security issues in the region and in the entire world. George C. Marshall – Albania is composed of defense and security specialized members graduated from the European Center for Advanced Security Studies George C. Marshall Center in Garmish-Partenkirchen, Germany. Most important asset of the Association is that all its members are specialized members in defense and security field but also, they are engaged and working in most important agencies and institutions of the country. Our members are diplomats, senior military and police leaders, professors, lectors, directors, specialists etc. According the George C. Marshal – Albania status, any specialized person on the security and defense background and sector is a potential candidate to the Association. As a Marshall alumnus/a, we are automatically enrolled in the George C: Marshall College Alumni Association. Representing more than 265 graduate alumni, the Association offers a wide variety of programs and events to connect Albanian civil society and Albanian government. Consider ourselves as a bridge between two actors, today, we want to assists the College with creating a vibrant and engaged alumni community with strong bonds to the College and each other. The board consists of 10 members who have demonstrated their commitment and support of the College through event attendance, volunteerism, philanthropic contributions, sincere interest on improving Albanian situation in same way and all according in helping the George C. Marshall College achieve its goals and objectives.

Master's And Internship Program
The Master’s & Internship Program (MIP) was established in 2016 by the Albanian – American Development Foundation (AADF), to provide an opportunity to the most talented and ambitious young to mid-career professionals and Albanian future leaders to enhance their management and technical capacity, hone their professional skills, improve their individual career prospects and therefore contribute to the development of Albania upon their return. The program applies to the following fields: Agriculture, Business Administration and Management, Culture, Eco-Tourism & Hospitality Education, Information Technology and Computer Science,Public Administration, Public Health, Public Policy

Connect Albania
The Connect Albania Program is developed following flagship examples, such as Connect Ireland. The Program was launched on 18 December 2020, in the framework of the Programme “Engage the Albanian Diaspora to the Social and Economic Development of Albania” implemented by IOM Albania with the financial contribution and support from the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs an International Cooperation and in close coordination with the Albanian’s State Minister for Diaspora, as well as the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs the Ministry of Finance and Economy and Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS) in Tirana. The Connect Albania Program is hosted under the Albanian Diaspora Business Chamber. The “Connect” idea is based on the central role of the Albanian Diaspora members as Development Agents, who will intermediate and facilitate foreign direct investments to Albania i.e, will put in contact, accompany and follow-up a foreign direct investment from abroad to Albania. This is the first program that will serve directly to potential investments through members of Albanian Diaspora. The Program Office will receive online applications for investment through the Development Agent(s). Legal and Economic experts, as part of the Connect Albania Program Office, are engaged to serve as front desk, facilitating and coordinating all steps and procedures of investment. The successful Development Agents will receive a Bonus in case the investment they intermediate and facilitate is successful, based on the approved Regulation:
