Kontiki Capital is a boutique investment bank committed to the responsible development of the capital markets in the South Pacific. We are licensed as an Investment Adviser by the Capital Markets Development Authority (CMDA) of Fiji. Our main focus is on private and public equity investment management, corporate and institutional advice, and stockbroking. We believe that, as in other developing countries, nations in the region will find their economies grow faster if capital markets are strengthened to allow companies access to equity capital and investors more choice in how to allocate their savings. Kontiki Capital is the principal advisor to the Kontiki Fund. The Kontiki Fund invests in listed and private equity in the Pacific Island region and has funds under management drawn from professional investors in Europe and Australasia. Kontiki Capital is also the Manager of the Kontiki Growth Fund. The Kontiki Growth Fund invests primarily in private equity in Fiji and has funds under management drawn mainly from Fiji investors. In addition, Kontiki Capital has been engaged by FNPF Investments Ltd (FIL), a subsidiary of the Fiji National Provident Fund, to manage part of FIL’s investment portfolio. This role is carried out under the trading name “Kontiki Capital Partners Fund”. We also have two wholly-owned subsidiaries: Kontiki Stockbroking and Kontiki Portfolio Services. Kontiki Stockbroking is licensed by the CMDA as a broker/dealer and is a member of the South Pacific Stock Exchange. Kontiki Portfolio Services provides trust and administrative services to various individuals and companies including a specialist investment vehicle, the Kontiki Fund.

KSB has also been involved in the successful listing of a number of private companies on the South Pacific Stock Exchange (SPSE) and played various roles as an underwriter and lead broker to private placements and initial public offer.
