Baraohara is a small, dedicated team of language enthusiasts specializing in Croatian lessons for foreigners, French lessons, and translation services. We believe that languages connect people and open doors to new worlds, which is why we teach with joy, patience, and deep understanding. Our team is led by Ivana Barišić Oharek, an experienced teacher and translator who has worked with students and clients from around the globe. We take a personal, relaxed, and tailored approach because we know everyone learns at their own pace and for their own reasons. Every class is a new language adventure, a chance to connect with the language, the people, and the culture around you.

Polyglotte Institute

You would like to learn a new language, but you always seem to find the perfect excuse? You are incredibly busy? There are no language schools near where you live? You have to stay at home to take care of the children? Well, hang on, we've got good news for you. To learn a language with us, all you need is a good internet connection, a webcam and some enthusiasm. We'll take care of the rest. However, if you prefer the classroom setting, we've got that covered too. You can learn with us in the center of Zagreb, in Mihanovićeva Street. Whichever option you choose, you'll be in great hands as all the members of our team are teachers who : a) love their job and; b) have plenty of experience teaching at all levels. Come and join us, we'll have great fun! We offer online language courses in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Swedish, Dutch, Norwegian, Portuguese, Turkish and Croatian for foreigners. Standard groups of up to 9 people; mini groups of up to six people and one-to-one classes.

Koncept Sleng škole stranih jezika proizašla je iz ideje da je engleski jezik postao vrsta globalnog slenga, zajedničkog jezika svih naroda. To se očituje u svakodnevnom životu kad se družimo s „frendovima“, kad „hendlamo“ obaveze i kad „bingeamo“ najnoviju sezonu najdraže serije, ali i u poslovnom svijetu gdje se sve više susrećemo sa žargonom struke. „Handout“ čujemo puno više nego „uručak“, a da ni ne pričamo o „mailu“ umjesto „elektroničke pošte“. Engleski postaje zajednički jezik na radnom mjestu zbog nužnosti komunikacije sa suradnicima ili klijentima iz drugih zemalja te je naša zadaća tu komunikaciju olakšati i učiniti ugodnom za sve koji u njoj sudjeluju.
