Later in 2012, he challenged the Indemnity Ordinance for security officers in “Operation Clean Heart”, leading it to be revoked by the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. In November 2014, he served legal notices to three ministers, Mosharraf Hossain, Saifuzzaman Chowdhury, and Zahid Maleque, to resign as they held different profitable posts. In 2020, he filed a petition in the High Court Division, challenging the government’s move to sell the arms and weapons used during the Liberation War of Bangladesh in 1971. In 2021, He has criticised the verdict of the Raintree Hotel Rape Case, saying that police should not accept any rape case if the complainant goes to the police station 72 hours after an incident is totally contradictory to the law and justice. In 2022, He represented a Canadian Citizen whose parents were forcefully confined in their Dhaka residence. In 2023, Mr Z I Khan demanded justice for attacks on minorities during the pandemic. He has also filed a petition in the High Court Division seeking an end to sexual harassment at educational institutions in Bangladesh, being the Chairman of Ain o Salish Kendra.
