We build a vibrant community of librarians and information professionals while promoting growth through libraries, reading initiatives, and knowledge sharing nationwide. Vision To be the leading non-profit professional association that empowers Cambodian libraries and librarians to meet regional and global standards, serving as catalysts for education, cultural enrichment, and lifelong learning across the nation. Mission The Cambodian Librarians Association (CLA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing library development in alignment with regional and global standards. We foster a vibrant and collaborative community of librarians, information specialists, and libraries across the nation, promoting continuous professional growth and safeguarding the interests of our members. By supporting reading initiatives, organizing knowledge-sharing opportunities, and partnering with the government and stakeholders, CLA strengthens libraries as essential hubs for education, cultural development, and national progress.
