We focus on providing simulator-based training for maritime students, shipping companies, authorities including pilots and sea rescuers as well as for leisure boating. In the simulations we use different shipmodels, e.g. large cruise ships, tankers and smaller archipelago ferries. The simulations are conducted on Finnish coastal areas and lakes as well as on the most heavily trafficked routes worldwide. The simulation resources consist of 9 simulator bridges, engine room simulators, VTS simulator, DP simulator and radio simulator. We can offer training on Consilium, Furuno, Wärtsilä, Transas and Sperry Marine bridges in our simulator. With the simulator interface we have developed we can generate technical faults to the real navigational instruments on the bridges.
