Terminalul COMVEX este lider pe piață, specializat în manipularea, depozitarea și transbordarea materiilor prime solide vrac cum ar fi: minereuri de fier, cărbuni, cocs, bauxită, dispunând de facilități complete și moderne de operare situate în Portul Constanța. COMVEX este singurul terminal pentru operarea mărfurilor solide vrac din arealul Mării Negre ce are posibilitatea de a acosta nave tip “cape size” de mare capacitate (până la tdw), având un front de descărcare la cheul maritim format din 5 dane cu o lungime totală de 1.100 metri și adâncime a apei cuprinsă între 13 și 18,5 metri. De asemenea, Terminalul beneficiază de o bună poziție geografică având acces la rețeaua de căi navigabile ce include Dunărea. Pe lângă Terminalul de Minerale existent, COMVEX a dezvoltat un Terminal de Cereale în Dana 80, pe o suprafață de aproximativ mp. Locația oferă avantaje logistice importante, respectiv: cea mai adâncă dană din Marea Neagră, vecinătatea cu terminalul de barje (proximitatea cu Canalul Dunăre-Marea Neagră), pentru transport fluvial din țările limitrofe Dunării, acces direct și ușor la calea ferată, distanță scurtă și acces direct la autostrada A2. Astfel, COMVEX poate oferi/oferă producătorilor de cereale din România, Ungaria, Serbia, Bulgaria posibilitatea livrării producției obținute pe nave de mare capacitate, – tdw.
