Gulf Aluminium Rolling Mill B.S.C. C - Garmco
Bahrain-based Gulf Aluminium Rolling Mill (GARMCO) is one of the largest downstream aluminium facilities in the Middle East. It is a one-stop source for a wide range of premium aluminum flat rolled products, delivered to over 45 countries, from the Kingdom of Bahrain. ADDING VALUE TO ALUMINIUM GARMCO was established in 1981 in the Kingdom of Bahrain as the first downstream aluminium facility in the Middle East for rolling, cutting and fabricating aluminium. GARMCO’s annual production capacity has been continuously expanded to reach tonnes of high- quality flat rolled aluminium products in various sizes and alloys, including sheets and coils. These products are exported to key markets around the world – stretching from Australia to the USA – to over customers in more than 45 countries. Today, as one of the largest integrated downstream aluminium facilities in the Middle East, the Group employs over 750 people and has an annual turnover exceeding US$ 450 million.

Foulath Holding
Established in 2008 in the Kingdom of Bahrain, Foulath Holding is an investment company dedicated to the sustainable development and growth of the steel industry in the GCC and the broader Middle East, and North Africa (MENA) region. Foulath operates one of the largest fully integrated single-site steel complexes in the world, covering 1.7 million square meters, complete with port and jetty facilities. It oversees more than US$2.4 billion of assets through its subsidiaries - Bahrain Steel and SULB. Producing annually over 12 million tons of high-quality iron ore pellets and more than 1 million tons of structural steel, Foulath constitutes a uniquely integrated steel producer that positions Bahrain as a key player in the region and the world ’s steel sector. It is a significant contributor to Bahrain’s economy and to the creation of numerous direct and indirect jobs. Sulb Company Bahrain & Ksa
First fully integrated medium and heavy beams and structural steel sections producer in Middle East region. SULB is a joint venture between Foulath (51%) and Japan-based Yamato Kogyo (49%). SULB has two rolling mills, one in KSA and one in Bahrain and is a fully integrated producer from iron ore to finished steel products. The company boasts a strategic location, and its positive forecasts are further reinforced with cutting-edge technical know-how from Yamato Kogyo and shareholders who are among the region’s most reputable and committed investors. The light to medium structural mill situated in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, previously known as UGS, became Saudi SULB following its acquisition by SULB in 2011, and boasts a production capacity of around tons. Comprising a hot rolling medium and light section continuous mill, the facility utilizes steel billets supplied from SULB’s Bahrain-based facility, which is situated 150 km away in Bahrain's Al-Hidd Industrial Area. In Bahrain, SULB's facilities consist of a direct reduced iron (DRI) plant, a melt shop (MS) and a heavy & medium section rolling mill (HSM). The KSA based SULB facilities can now benefit from in-house billet supply from our melt shop in Bahrain. The Heavy Section Mill in Bahrain will achieve tons at full capacity. The combined structural steel capacity of our two facilities will ultimately be 1 million tons per annum.

With the main activity of producing aluminium extrusion products, BALEXCO took the lead in the region, in the production of high quality extrusions and systems, used mainly as aluminum doors, window frames and other products that are required in the construction industry.
