IRE-OMBA is a company specialized in the production of RINGS. Our plants produce rectangular/shaped section hot-rolled rings in all types of steel (light alloys, super alloys and in non-ferrous materials). Rings can be supplied in raw or in heat treated condition, sandblasted, rough or finished machined. The production capacity of the plants exceeds tons per year with an average export of about 80%. Profiltubi S.P.A

Il primo passo di tutto quello che diverrà poi il “mondo Profiltubi” ha luogo a Reggiolo nel 1971, quando la famiglia Alfieri fonda Profiltubi S.p.a. con lo scopo di produrre tubi in acciaio al carbonio elettrosaldato. La produzione è in questa fase affidata alle tre macchine interamente progettate dalla famiglia Alfieri. I primi anni di attività sono caratterizzati da una forte e rapida espansione; dopo soli 10 anni Profiltubi rappresenta già una delle voci di rilievo nel panorama siderurgico nazionale ed europeo con 6 linee di produzione e 2 slitter. Dagli anni 80 ad oggi continua il percorso di crescita e consolidamento, durante il quale viene raddoppiata la superficie dell’area produttiva, allargata la gamma prodotti producibile e inizia la lavorazione di nuovi acciai quali zincato e decapato, grazie all’installazione di una linea ad essa interamente dedicata (2015). Nel 2020 Auctus Capital partners AG acquisisce una quota di maggioranza e avvia una collaborazione con diversi membri della storica famiglia Alfieri, i quali rimangono soci di minoranza con posizioni dirigenziali chiave, al fine di garantire continuità con il passato. L’ingresso del nuovo socio investitore sancisce l’inizio di un ambizioso progetto di crescita, sia in termini di risorse umane che di attrezzature e macchinari, il cui scopo è quello di confermare Profiltubi come uno dei più importanti produttori di tubi di acciaio al carbonio a livello europeo e mondiale. Nel Settembre 2021 Profiltubi acquisisce il 100% delle quote di O.M.V. Ventura, tubificio specializzato nella produzione di tubi di precisione che trovano applicazione principalmente nel settore automotive. L’acquisizione di O.M.V. si inquadra nell’ambizioso piano industriale che ha lo scopo di ampliare la gamma di produzione e rafforzare la presenza internazionale.
