Lampre Srl
Lampre is synonymous with pre-coated steel. The name itself derives from the abbreviation of LAMiere (“Steel” in Italian) and PREcoated, and indicates an industrial idea dedicated to continuous coating of hot-rolled steel. Acciaieria Arvedi S.P.A
Acciaieria Arvedi produces carbon steel HRC (Hot Rolled Coils), CRC (Cold Rolled Coils), PC (Pickled Coils), HDGC (Hot Dip Galvanized Coils), PPC ( Pre Painted Coils), strips and slit products. The Production focuses on high performance steels (including high resistant and Dual Phase grades) in thin and ultrathin gauges, also for automotive applications. The Cremona works, built at the beginning of the ’90 as the first example of a mini-mill for flat rolled steel in Europe, features two HRC production lines, each fed by its own Electric Arc furnace-based melt shop and independent secondary metallurgy stations. The first line is based on the Arvedi ISP - In-line Strip Production (Arvedi patent) technology, the first thin slab plant in the world with casting and rolling coupled in a single integrated process. The second, in full production since 2009, is the world’s first Arvedi ESP line: the revolutionary patented technology allowing the production of HRC in full endless mode and rolling of ultra-thin gauges down to 1 mm already as hot rolled band. The hot-rolled coils can be sold as black coil or further processed in the in-house facilities (pickling lines, cold rolling mill, galvanizing lines, pre paining lines, slitting lines).

Arvedi Ast
With over 135 years of experience, Acciai Speciali Terni (Arvedi AST), part of the Arvedi Group, is one of the most important integrated steelmaking sites in Europe in the stainless steel sector. Its core business is stainless steel flat products, for which it is market leader in Italy and one of the four leading producers in Europe. As well as the flat rolled steel, the company also produces ERW stainless steel tubes and pipe through its Tube Mill Division and forgings in special steels, among the largest in the world, through its Forging Division. Thanks to the new service centres network Terninox, AST Deutschland and AST Turkey located in Milan (Italia), Dortmund (Germany) and Çayırova/Kocaeli (Turkey), the innovative capacity and high expertise of the technical and sales team, Arvedi AST’s products reach customers across the world. The production plants are concentrated in Terni in an area of over 1.5 million square metres and cover the complete manufacturing cycle, from melting, rolling and finishing to packing. Equipped with the most advanced technologies, Arvedi AST produces about one million tonnes of stainless steel per year. Our factory produces semi-finished (Black coils) hot rolled and cold rolled austenitic, ferritic and martensitic stainless steel products, with different dimensions and finishes to meet customer needs and expectations. Thanks to its Finishing Centre, Arvedi AST is able to offer a wide range of surface finishes to improve the product's aesthetics and technical functionality. Various processes are also carried out including longitudinal cutting and cut-to-length to supply the product according to the specific dimensions requested by the customer.

Nunki Steel
Nunki Steel’s activities mainly concern the production of ingots for forge and rolling mill, in carbon steels, low and high-alloy steels, and stainless steels, offering a wide range of shapes like square, round and polygonal ingots. The production started in 2007, following the acquisition of an existing steel mill in operation since the early 1980s. After the acquisition by Giva Group, the facility has been fully reorganized, requalified and enlarged with the installation of a state of the art equipment, both for melting, refining process of steels and the following treatments after casting. Nowadays Nunki is a benchmark at national and international level, with a capacity of tons per year. The facility extends on total surface of sqm, almost sqm covered. It is equipped with an electric arc furnace of 90 tons (EAF), 2 ladle furnaces for the refining, 1 VD/VOD equipment of 80 tons, several heat treatment furnaces, insulating slow cooling bells and cutting machines. Cranes and lifting devices provides handling capacity of 250 tons. The quality of steel is a fundamental value. Rigorous testing of both process and products and high quality standards have enabled Nunki to obtain important certifications and qualifications.

Arinox, one of the companies of the Arvedi Group, was founded in 1990 for the production and marketing of stainless steel thin and ultrathin rolled strip. The product is supplied with different finishing characteristics including BA finishing, i.e. bright annealing suitable for normal drawing processes, or SUT®, i.e. special annealing for deep drawing processes or 2H strain hardened through cold rolling for mechanical applications. Arinox, the only Italian producer in the precision strip sector, employs a workforce of around 240 working 21 shifts weekly in a continuous cycle, with a production capacity of tonnes per year. Duferdofin - Nucor (DN) was founded in 2008 by a joint venture between two major steel industry leaders: Duferdofin S.p.a, owned by Duferco Group, and Nucor Corporation. Headquartered in San Zeno Naviglio, DN was the landmark in Italy, Europe and North Africa for the production of beams. In 2020, Duferco reached an agreement with Nucor to fully reacquire Nucor’s share in the venture, bringing the partnership to an end. Forgiatura A. Vienna was founded in 1962 and is specialized on medium and large heavy-rolled and open dye forged products. Leader in the international and national markets for the supply of heavy forgings, most of the company’s products are exported all over the world. Its main customers are companies acting in petrochemical, nuclear, oil & gas, cement, energy, siderurgical, mechanical and off-shore industries. Metallurgica San Marco
Metallurgica San Marco has been working and personalizing brass in Brescia for three generations and is among the first producers of drawn and extruded brass products in Europe. Thanks to the versatility and flexibility of its production, the company is constantly growing, having among its strengths the ability to customize products, through a constant commitment in research and development. Metallurgica invests in the continuous improvement of company procedures, useful for the efficiency of the production processes, in order to obtain products that meet increasingly high quality standards, while respecting the environment and the internal well-being of its industrial reality. The new production plants meet the highest technological requirements, and the process management organization is completely digital and automated: every data is visible, repeatable, traceable and therefore easily verifiable. Metallurgica San Marco produces- brass bars and profiles in a wide range of alloys (with and without lead) for many applications - extruded and drawn brass profiles, commercial and customized, in any type of shape, from the simplest to the most complex. Used for both cold forming and machining, the profiles are made of copper-zinc-lead alloys and lead-free copper and zinc alloys. Upon specific request, Metallurgica San Marco prepares any type of special brass profile, and produces the relevant dies. Today, an important part of the company's semi-finished brass production consists of customized products used in construction, in mechanical application parts, locks, padlocks, pressure gauges, striped round rods, valves- solid bars in the rectangular, square, hexagonal and round versions in copper-zinc-lead alloys and in lead-free copper-zinc alloys, which guarantee excellent performance both in turning and hot forming processes. The bars are used in various sectors: automotive, electrical, small parts, plumbing, fittings, valves, fashion accessories and handles.
