Dost Steels Ltd

Dost Steels Ltd. is Pakistan's first fully automatic and premium steel Reinforcement bar manufacturing plant. Located in Bhaipheru (52KM Multan Road), just outside of Lahore, and set across 40 acres of land, it is ideally situated to cater to the rising demand of steel across the country. It has a capacity to produce tons of high strength rebar, making it the biggest re-rolling mill of Pakistan. The plant's state of the art technology is by international companies like Siemens-VAI/Primetals, Forni e Combustione and Nidec, all worldwide leaders in their respective fields. Up to sensors and input/output points, which are used across the manufacturing stages for signalling and amending values to automatically adjust the settings lead to the highest levels of precision, quality and consistency in rebar. Rekodiq Mining Company Pvt Ltd

One of the largest undeveloped copper-gold projects in the world, Reko Diq, located in the Balochistan Province of Pakistan, is owned 50% by Barrick, 25% by three federal state-owned enterprises, and 25% by the Province of Balochistan. The reconstitution of the Reko Diq project was completed in December 2022 — a key step in progressing the development of Reko Diq into a world-class, long-life mine which would substantially expand Barrick’s strategically significant copper portfolio and benefit its Pakistani stakeholders for generations to come. Barrick is now updating the project’s 2010 feasibility and 2011 feasibility expansion studies. This should be completed by 2024, with 2028 targeted for first production.

PMDC is an autonomous corporation running under the administrative control of Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), Government of Pakistan. It was established in 1974 with an authorized capital of million to expand and help mineral development activities in the country.
