The company carried its process further by CIL plant. DML’s Abu Sari Gold Mine expanded plant (Gravity + CIL) was started its commissioning phase in the beginning of autumn 2015 and finished in 2016.

Geological Research Authority Of The Sudan Gras
بدأ العمل الجيولوجي في السودان عام 1905م من خلال المكتب الجيولوجي وكان تابعا لمصلحة التعليم. في عام 1939م تم تكوين وحدة للمساحة الجيولوجية تابعة لمصلحة الأشغال العمومية و في عام 1953م تحولت إلي مصلحة مستقلة تتبع لوزارة الثروة المعدنية ثم آلت تبعيتها بعد ذلك الي وزارة الصناعة والتعدين وفي عام 1976م تغير اسمها الي مصلحة الجيولوجيا والثروة المعدنية وفي عام 1986م تحولت الي الهيئة العامة للأبحاث الجيولوجية التابعة لوزارة الطاقة والتعدين. وفي مايو 2010م تم ألحاقاً بوازرة المعادن. في الفترة ما قبل الاستغلال 1956م ، كان العمل الجيولوجي يركز علي البحث عن المياه الجوفيه - ولكن بعد الاستغلال عام 1956م زاد عدد الجيولوجيين ودخل العمل مراحل المسوحات الجيولوجية والتنقيب عن الثروات المعدنية اضافة الي المياه الجوفية كان للهيئة دور فعال في ارساء اسس وقواعد وعمليات التنقيب عن البترول من اوائل السبعينات مع كبري الشركات مثل شفرون- توتال- يونيون- تكساس- فليب - وصن اويل وغيرها من الشركات. ويقتصر دور الهيئة حاليا علي اجراء المسوح الجيولوجية والتنقيب عن المعادن وتنميتها تقوم الهيئة باجراء البحوث والتنقيب عن المعادن عن طريق الدراسات الجيولوجية والجيوفيزيائية والجيوكيميائية بواسطة فرق بحث جيولوجية ميدانية سودانية او بالتعاون مع بعض المؤسسات الاجنبية ذات العلاقة، كذلك تقوم الهيئة باعداد الخرائط الجيولوجية وبجانب ذلك تعتبر الهيئة مستشارا للدولة في كافة اعمال الجيولوجيا والتعدين وتشرف اشرافا فنيا علي اعمال التعدين واستخراج مواد المحاجر خاصة فيما يختص بموضوع السلامة والامن والبيئة والاستغلال الامثل لتلك الثروات الطبيعية. كما تعتبر العين الساهره علي حقوق الدولة المترتبة علي الاستثمار في هذا القطاع.
