Ortac Resources Ltd. Aim Otc

The Company has a current JORC Code (2004) compliant Mineral Resource of 1.2 million ounces of gold equivalent from its Šturec Project located in central Slovakia. SRK Consulting (UK) Limited completed a Scoping Study examining the Šturec Project in January 2012. On the basis of the study findings, the Company’s objective for 2012 is to complete a Pre-Feasibility Study (‘PFS’) of the project in which the current Measured and Indicated Mineral Resources will be upgraded and converted to Proven and Probable Ore Reserves. Running in conjunction with the PFS, the Company will begin work on an environmental and social impact assessment which will enable a Definitive Feasibility Study. Outside Slovakia the Company has identified several regional consolidation opportunities at various stages of development which are currently being evaluated to significantly increase Ortac’s resource inventory and maximise shareholder value. Third party companies with advanced staged projects in the region which can be fast-tracked to achieve near term production are also being actively sought and evaluated.

We are a secondary aluminum production plant located in the East Part of Slovakia, near the city Poprad. We are processing various types of aluminum scrap into aluminum ingots, which are widely needed and requested in the Automotive industry. Production focuses on standard but as well customer oriented aluminum alloys of types- en - en ab-47100 - en ab-43400 - en ab-44300 - en ab-44200 - en - alsi20 and alcu50 Heneken Melts, can produce not only standard but as well exact chemical composition with Sr / Na, P and others modification. With value of 0.28t of CO2 per 1 mt of alloy we are dedicated to strive for full carbon neutrality by the end of 2030. In May 2008, our company started manufacturing process of slitting metal coils and began to process and supply various kinds of steel according to customer requirements for its further use. In the second half of 2008 the company increased its production value of 4,798 tons per month, with the slitting line of capacity for tons. The company currently generates 40 jobs and consists of three departments-sales department, production department and administration department.
