Dedocar. A New Smartphone App To Share Your Car Rides To Workplace

We are creating a new digital ride-sharing platform. It is a second generation of an "Urban Hitchhiking BlablaCar". A smartphone application will make it very easy for millions of people to share their car trips to work daily (they just need to press two buttons at the moment; without any prior search, negotiation and appointment). It will help you get rid of a lot of problems (parking and traffic jams) and save you up to 75% of your transportation costs. To share a trip to work, now it is enough to go in the same direction, and you no longer need to be neighbours and colleagues at the same time, because the car can pick up and leave people on the way. We rely on a patented procedure, which monitors in real time the journey of a vehicle with free seats, locates on the fly passengers who have a route compatible with the driver's one, and intersperses the collection and delivery points of said passengers, automatically calculating the equitable part of travel expenses that corresponds to each one, so that all of them can save up to 75% of what they would spend going each in their own car. By leveraging more efficiently the vacant capacities of cars moving around the city at rush hour, we hope to remove from circulation many underused cars, which only cause traffic jams, parking problems, and 80% more pollution than normal, in the air we breathe. And probably cause also a climate change. We hope to reduce up to a million tons of CO2 emissions per year, in every city the size of Madrid.
