The leading discography house in Croatia (former Jugoton) was founded in 1947 and after the democratic changes in 1990 has changed its name into Croatia Records. The business goal was to gather the most important artists, songwriters, composers, producers and performers, and to keep on developing the distributive network which by now counts for four own stores and more than 30 franchised stores. Invested effort has reaffirmed Croatia Records’ leading role in the Croatian discography. Contributing to that is the fact that the share of the production of sound carriers of the Croatia Records and her sub-labels on the domestic markets in every segment of the musical creativity, from classic music, jazz, instrumental, pop, rock, ethno, and folk music is at around the fascinating figure of 70%. Even though Croatia Records has a comprehensive audio and video library, connecting with even bigger number of independent individuals, labels, sub-lablels and important companies would create an avid audiotorial wealth in service to those who appreciate music. The new business philosophy of the Croatia Records has not only increased the number of re-releases and compilations, but has led to the signing of numerous contracts with some of the greatest names of the Croatian music scene.

Klub Močvara

Močvara je klub neprofitne udruge građana Udruženje za razvoj kulture ”URK”, otvoren godine u Runjaninovoj ulici u Zagrebu, a od do danas djeluje u bivšoj tvornici Jedinstvo u kvartu Trnje uz obalu rijeke Save. Program Močvare sastoji se od koncerata, glazbenih slušaona, izložbi, kazališnih predstava, filmskih i književnih programa te radionica. Kroz godine rada klub je postao svojevrsna meka alternativne kulture u kojem vrlo različite skupine mladih i onih malo manje mladih ljudi mogu pronaći ponešto za sebe, a pripadnici različitih subkultura se osjećaju ugodno i na prijateljskom teritoriju.
