The Canadian Arabic Orchestra is a professional not for profit organization dedicated to connecting audiences with classical Arabic music while celebrating the freedom and diversity of Canada’s cultural landscape. The repertoire covers all parts of the Arab world and spans a time period that goes back to early Andalusia – sometimes with a Western Classical and Jazz twist. The Music Studio
Ed Lettner established The Music Studio after graduating from the music program at Humber College. His goal was, and still is, to combine his passion for teaching with the skills he gained through education and performance to provide a centre for excellence in traditional and contemporary music education. Ed chose The Music Studio's motto,"Instruction by Professionals", to convey his philosophy. The Music Studio began on a side street with four teachers. Today, home is a modern, energy-efficient facility in the Islington Village Plaza where 31 dedicated teachers welcome hundreds of students each week, reflecting the diversity of our community. Children and adults of all ability levels may study Classical, Jazz, Popular and World music in a friendly learning environment. Students benefit from: personalized private instruction, an innovative ensemble program, performance opportunities and free recitals. Students are matched with teachers based on their musical requirements and personality, and prospective students may speak with teachers before registering. Their students receive top marks in music examinations, and receive awards and scholarships at music festivals. The Music Studio in Etobicoke supports school music programs by including students' school music in their lessons. Customer service and value for money are also at the core of Ed's philosophy. The convenient scheduling of lessons, no registration fee and free music folders and lesson notebooks are more examples of how The Music Studio puts students first. Ed is proud that most of The Music Studio's new students are referred by current students and school music teachers; a testament to the training and student-focused approach of the teachers, many of whom have been with The Music Studio for more than ten years.

In this capacity, ARTISTI collectively manages the right to equitable remuneration and the right to remuneration ensuing from the private copying regime. Moreover, since 2008, ARTISTI has been providing its members with the option to have it manage their exclusive reproduction rights for certain reproductions of their performances and, since 2015, to have it manage their complete set of exclusive rights. ARTISTI’s Board of Directors is made up of eleven performers, including backup singers and musicians.

Hillside Festival
The Hillside Festival is a not-for-profit organization managed by four year-round staff and a board of directors. Hillside began in 1984 as local gathering of musical friends in Guelph, Ontario. Today, it is one of Canada's best-loved music festivals with over 50 musical performances on five stages over three days during the last weekend in July. Held at Guelph Lake conservation area on an island connected to the mainland by a narrow causeway, the festival is anchored by the Hillside Community permanent main stage, a dramatic outdoor performance space with a living roof and gracefully arched acoustical wooden ceiling. The organization added Hillside Inside, a winter festival in 2008 held each February at various venues in downtown Guelph. A cultural ambassador, the Orchestre symphonique de Longueuil is the 4th largest symphony orchestra in Quebec. For 35 years, 52 professional musicians have been providing diverse musical performances and forging unique bonds with the audience. Stay At Home Music
Stay At Home Music is a service dedicated to providing affordable and enjoyable private music lessons in the comfort of your own home. We understand that each student is an individual and should progress at his/her own pace, and we make it a point to always encourage our students to ask questions and/or to request anything that they might want to learn. We practice something we like to call ‘loose’ structure. We do this by providing a flexible lesson plan for beginner, intermediate, and advanced level students. This plan provides goals for our teachers to reach with their students at any level, however it is ‘flexible’ because it does not have to be followed rigidly on a week to week basis. There are many ways to reach the goals that this plan sets out, and we realize that they will be met in completely different ways by each student. It is our job to help our students reach them in an enjoyable atmosphere and in a way that is relevant to each of them as an individual.

Toronto Mendelssohn Choir's mission is to be the champion of choral music in Canada. Founded in 1894, TMChoir has long been heralded for its grand symphonic sound and clarity of expression. Our ensemble includes a core of 24 professional singers – the TMSingers, and expands to the full TMChoir which includes 160+ auditioned and experienced volunteer choristers. TMChoir appointed Jean-Sébastien Vallée as Artistic Director - only the 8th in its history - on May 31, 2021. With the guidance of our new leadership team and the vision of our Artistic Director, we see our future growth as balanced between tradition and fresh innovation. We are evolving to include diverse, contemporary works in our repertoire, and to reimagine our performances in new, surprising, experiential ways. ACTRA RACS (Recording Artists’ Collecting Society) is a not-for-profit performer collective, dedicated to ensuring that all recording artists, from session musicians and background performers to featured vocalists, are paid for the use of their work. We collect royalties within Canada and from around the world, representing tens of thousands of recording artists (directly and through our agreements with international partners) across all genres. To date ACTRA RACS has collected and distributed over $80 million. As a division of ACTRA we have a long history of protecting performers. Collectively, ACTRA and ACTRA RACS advocate on behalf of all performers to protect and extend their performance rights, and ensure fair payment for the use of recorded performances.
