Glasbene delavnice, ki jih organizira društvo, so sicer neformalna oblika izobraževanja, vendar napram klasičnim pristopom prepričajo s svojo prožnostjo in prilagodljivostjo učencem.

Sigic

The Slovenian Music Information Centre — SIGIC — is the central information point for Slovenian music, musicians, musical professionals, and current musical events and activities. The organization systematically promotes Slovenian music and musicians both nationally and internationally. To this end, SIGIC connects numerous musical institutions in Slovenia and around the world, and, since 2006, has been a full member of IAMIC, the International Association of Music Information Centres and has been a member of the European Music Exporters Exchange (EMEE) since 2019. SIGIC publishes a web music magazine called Odzven that offers critical reflection and analysis about current musical activities in all genres. SIGIC started publishing transparent compilation CDs, with which it presents current musical developments in individual musical genres. He releases one compilation every year, which he then presents at central European music fairs such as Classical:Next, Jazzahead and Womex. Since 2015, SIGIC has been a co-producer of the MENT Ljubljana festival and the central coordinator and producer of the Festival of Music event. In 2017, SIGIC established the MOMUS (Monumenta Musica Slovenica) interactive online platform. Since 2018, SIGIC has been a member of the Creativity Center Platform at MAO Ljubljana, with the help of which it runs numerous workshops in the field of music business, to strengthen the capacities of Slovenian music professionals and those who want to become one. Since 2020, SIGIC has been a member of the HEMI network (Hub for the Exchange of Music Innovation), which unites 9 countries of Central and Southeastern Europe. SIGIC runs Music Slovenia, which is a consortium of numerous Slovenian musical institutions which promote Slovenian music nationally and internationally.

In October 2009 Spectrum Festival took place for the first time also in Munich with three concerts in Gasteig, in 2010 with one concert at Carnegie Hall in New York and at the Forge in London.
