Gibmec
GIBMEC commercializes and mass-produces microencapsulation structures in the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and agricultural fields. The corporation fabricates laboratory specimens through the R&D department and receives the approval of laboratories prior to mass production. Microencapsulation structures refer to a type of material processing in order to produce small particles of a microcapsule structure, a popular kind of which are liposomal structures. In these structures, the target compounds are coated with a shell material to create microcapsule particles that can be released at a certain rate under certain conditions. GIBMEC has done extensive research on microfluidic encapsulation and is currently using it to process a variety of products in different industries. For example, GIBMEC processes supplements and nutrients as raw materials for large food companies. These products are processed in the form of microcapsules using microfluidic encapsulation. The development of microfluidic encapsulation in the R&D department of GIBMEC enables the production of several flavours, essential oils, oils, enzymes, and microorganisms in the food industry.
