Elengy, expert dans le domaine du gaz naturel liquéfié (GNL), gère les trois terminaux méthaniers régulés en France. Ces installations stratégiques sont situées à Montoir-de-Bretagne sur la façade atlantique, ainsi qu’à Fos Cavaou et Fos Tonkin en Méditerranée. En tant que portes d’entrée du GNL en Europe, ces trois sites offrent une flexibilité optimale pour le déchargement et le chargement de tout type de méthanier, le transbordement entre méthaniers, le chargement de camions-citernes en GNL, ainsi que la regazéification du GNL pour l’injecter dans le réseau de transport. Le GNL est un levier de décarbonation immédiatement disponible, se substituant efficacement au charbon et aux produits pétroliers.
