New Guinea Islands (NGI) Renewable Resources is a landholder owned company based in Tol, East new Britain Province, Papua New Guinea. The company was formed to establish a copra to Biodiesel plant for the supply of a renewable diesel substitute for the south Coast of New Britain. The company purchased a custom made Biodiesel plant from Stephen welsh ex CEO of North Queensland & Pacific Biodiesel. The plant was designed and fabricated by Steve in Cairns, Australia and commissioned in September 2012. The design incorporates three years of experience from a similar plant operating on the island of Karkar in madang province, PNG. The feedstock of copra (dried coconut flesh) provides an abubdant supply of renewable fuel which is helping to stimulate the local economy. The Biodiesel plant is the 'green heart' of the South Coast economic corridor an ambitious development being undertaken by the PNG government. This development looks to improve the livelihood and increase social and economic indicators for one of the most undeveloped parts of PNG. NGI Renewables Resources is supplying the fuel and assisting in rural electrification work to provide a renewable and sustainable future for the region.

Arran Energy Pty Limited
Arran Energy is a privately owned Australian company. Arran owns a significant portfolio of oil and gas assets in the Western Province of Papua New Guinea, immediately adjacent to the Indonesian border. The portfolio is a combination of certified reserves (with an approved development plan) and extensively appraised 2C contingent resource. All resource volumes have been prepared in accordance with SPE protocols and verified by a well known independent resource certifier. The resource volumes consist of 357 MMBOE, consisting of approximately 62 MMBBL of condensate and 1.8 TCF of gas. The resource holdings are spread over five different licences in which Arran owns a large majority controlling interest and is the operator. This consolidated position has been achieved via the acquisition of large equity interests in the associated licences.
