It’s the role of the admin department to ensure the smooth running of operations and bring about efficiencies through best practice. This type of efficiency need not just be enjoyed by larger organisations. The Cover Desk is here to offer this service to smaller organisations. Quite often a small business is formed out of someone’s love and passion for a certain type of work, maybe joinery, or boat building or tree surgery and their desire to work for themselves. Just because that person excels at such work doesn’t mean they have any experience or interest in looking after the administrative aspects of running a business. That’s where we come in. We don’t know much about dovetail joints, hull repairs or arboriculture but we do know an awful lot about their paperwork equivalent.
