Outsourced Project Solutions (OPS) is a National Project Management Company that was established in 2015 in response to the trend in the logistics sector to outsource specific processes in a logistics chain. At OPS we specialize in the outsourcing of non-core functions which are generally labour-intensive. These specific non-core activities are turned into a project, which is then resourced and completely managed by OPS. OPS operates in a variety of different sectors which makes our company very diverse. Our projects focus on eliminating the variable cost of labour, as the client is only charged for the completed project. It also shifts the risk outlined by the LRA amendments regarding Temporary Employment Services (TES) from our clients to us; thus cuting down on HR/IR issues associated with hourly paid workers. All work is charged out to the client on “Productivity Basis”; making budgeting and long term quoting much easier. At OPS we ensure high levels of productivity, by incentivizing staff on their productivity.
