Meillä asiakas on kuningas! Varkauden Teatteri on kiistatta Itä-Suomen ilopilleri - vuonna 2023 110-vuotias ammattiteatteri Savon sydämessä. Tuotamme vuosittain 4-5-korkeatasoista korkeatasoista ensi-iltaa, joista annetaan 140-160 esitystä. Lisäksi tuotamme kerran kuukaudessa pidettävät Klubi-illat. Eikä tässä vielä kaikki: lisäksi tuomme näytäntökausittain Varkauteen 4-10 vierailunäytöstä. Ja niin kuin tässä ei olisi virkeälle väellemme tarpeeksi vuokraamme 230 paikkaista teatterisaliamme myös yksityiskäyttöön. Pukuvuokraamomme palvelee pääsääntöisesti keskiviikkoisin ja torstaisin. Näytäntökautemme alkaa elokuussa ja päättyy toukokuun lopussa. Koska teemme tuon ajan kuusi päiväistä työviikkoa, meillä ei ole kesäteatteria. Ota yhteyttä - tule käymään. Sorin Sirkus Ry
Sorin Sirkus is a youth circus from Tampere Finland, established in 1985. Our main objective is to maintain, enhance and develop circus studies for children and young people. Sorin Sirkus has been giving basic education of circus arts since 1993. Currently the circus school in Sorin Sirkus has over 500 students aged from 4 to 20 years, that are gathered weekly to practise variety of circus disciplines. Sorin Sirkus also provides short term courses and camps for varying groups from social circus to small children and adults. Sorin Sirkus is in many ways a forerunner in the field of Finnish youth circus. Its active working both domestically and internationally is one of its main assets as it is a requirement for the continuous developing of the groundbreaking work that is done in Sorin Sirkus. Sorin Sirkus has been profiled as a high standard developer of circus art and youth culture in Finland. It was granted a State Prize in the field of Children’s Culture in 2010 and the Ministry of Education and Culture appointed it the Finnish Young Cultural Ambassadors in 2008 and 2009. The numerous prizes granted to circus director Taina Kopra and the young artists of Sorin Sirkus show appreciation for the far reaching and high quality work of Sorin Sirkus. Sorin Sirkus is well known for its high standard and unique performances. The annual Christmas Show is seen by as many as 10 spectators and is performed to sold out audiences year after a year. The young artists of the Performing Group have often several years and thousands of hours of rehearsal behind them. Many of them have continued their circus studies further after leaving Sorin Sirkus, and are now working as circus professionals around the world.

StillArt’s goal is to help ambitious leaders in the arts reach bigger audiences, grow earned income, stabilize operations, and pursue greater artistic freedom for their organization. Our current signatory service is Subscription Builder, with which we aim to dramatically increase the base of traditional fixed-seat, fixed-performance subscribers for our partners. To date, we have been able to help a dozen organizations consistently sell out whole seasons. Our focus is more and more turning to help our clients that are now sold out benefit from the situation more broadly by tapping into new fundraising, sponsorship, public funding and strategic development opportunities. We are a network of a dozen people, with half of us working with clients and the other half working administratively behind the curtain. We work intensely with approximately ten performing arts organizations annually.

The demoscene is a computer art subculture that specializes in producing demos, which are non-interactive audio-visual presentations that run in real-time on a computer. The main goal of a demo is to show off programming, artistic, and musical skills. The demoscene first appeared during the 8-bit era on computers such as the Commodore 64, ZX Spectrum and Amstrad CPC, and came to prominence during the rise of the 16/32-bit home computers (the Amiga and the Atari ST). In the early years, demos had a strong connection with software cracking. When a cracked program was started, the cracker or his team would take credit with a graphical introduction called a "crack intro"(shortened cracktro). Later, the making of intros and standalone demos evolved into a new subculture independent of the software (piracy) scene.

Pirkanmaan Tanssin Keskus on vuonna 2004 perustettu tanssin aluekeskus, joka palvelee niin tanssin kokijoita kuin tanssin ammattilaisia. Keskuksen korkeatasoinen toiminta tuotti vuonna 2024 yli 35 kohtaamista ja kehollista kokemusta esitysten, yleisötyön, kulttuurihyvinvointipalveluiden sekä muun toiminnan kautta. Pirkanmaan Tanssin Keskuksen esitystila Liikelaituri toimii alueen tanssin vapaan kentän näyttämönä ja sydämenä – mutta tulemme mielellämme myös luoksesi, koska taide kuuluu kaikille ja kaikkialle! Baltic Circle is an international festival of contemporary theatre and performance, held annually each November in Helsinki. The 22nd edition will take place from 21 November to 6 December 2025. The festival brings intensity to the city, engages with urgent contemporary issues, and sparks critical imagination and dialogue. Baltic Circle believes in the aesthetic and emotional power of the arts, as well as the social and political agency of theatre. The works presented at the festival explore newfangled forms of performance and experiment with alternative modes of production.
