Kulturfabrik Esch-Sur-Alzette

Located in Esch-sur-Alzette in the South of Luxembourg in the old buildings of a public slaughterhouse from the 19th Century, the Kulturfabrik reflects its city and its region. It is an environment of stone and metal. It is a place to meet, welcome, reintegrate, stay, create, train. It embodies all of these activities that are also reflected in the various art forms (music, theater, exhibitions, visual arts, dance, literature, cinema…) seen in about 250 events per year, some of which take place in the Greater –Region and other European countries. Kufa is also an experiment in sustainable development.

L'alliance Musicale Luxembourg

The Luxembourg Music Alliance (aka. L'Alliance Musicale) is the national association of professional music organizations. It serves both as a platform for internal exchange and powerful voice within the industry and to the outside community for its members who are concert organizers and venues, musical ensembles or other professional actors of the sector. In order to better respond to the wishes of the different sectors, the association is divided into 5 colleges- Stage - Organizers & Festivals - Performers - Creators - Supporting professions Our Missions: a) To gather, represent and defend the common interests of- professional concert venues, halls and organisers- professional choirs, orchestras and musical ensembles- professionals and aspiring professionals of the Luxembourg music scene- b) On a national, European and international scale- to promote exchanges and collaborations between the different professional structures of the musical sector- to constitute an observatory, a place of reflection as well as a place of meetings between members and as such, to establish a dynamic of professional exchanges favourable to the birth and communication of ideas, claims and actions common to the Luxembourg music sector- to be a catalyst for the professionalisation of the music sector - to be the interlocutor of private or public institutions, state and municipal, dedicated to similar objectives, and to contribute to their reflection and efforts to develop cultural policies - to take, moreover, all initiatives to promote the Luxembourg music sector with all the different musical styles (in particular research of new audiences and awareness raising actions).

Vibrant Matter

Vibrant Matter is the structure supporting the work of Tania Soubry and collaborators, inviting you to dances between matter and the senses. Founded in 2020 and registered in Luxembourg, Vibrant Matter a.s.b.l. functions as a platform and host with the following intentions: – Trans-disciplinary research, exchanges, conversations & workshops. – Collaborations with individuals, artists and institutions. – The creation, production, diffusion and communication of artistic work. – Social, environmental and de-colonial engagement. We are currently with the “terre rouge, i listen with you” research project, in relation with the post-industrial landscape of the Minett in SW Luxembourg, where iron ore was extracted and steel and iron forged: How does listening with the land of the terre rouge, process old and new stories, and what does it mean for worlding processes? How to facilitate connection with the more-than-human and foster a decolonial awareness and practices through relational, embodied, creative and collective processes with the ecologies of the place of the terre rouge, such as listening, walking, eco-somatics and sounding. Previous work consisted of "through sensuous landscapes" and "DJ Whimsy or what will the climate be like?"

Collectif Eddi Van Tsui

Eddi van Tsui est une compagnie franco-luxembourgeoise de spectacle vivant fondée par Sandy Flinto, artiste pluridisciplinaire, Pierrick Grobéty, musicien et compositeur, et Daniel Marinangeli, auteur et dramaturge. Connus pour aborder des thématiques engagées et dérangeantes, les trois artistes passent au crible la société contemporaine. En outre, ils n’hésitent pas à dénoncer la sollicitation excessive par les médias qui submergent l’individu d’une multitude d’informations, d’influences et de croyances. Leurs sources d’inspiration sont diverses : l’art, la photographie, la peinture, la mode, l’architecture, mais aussi la littérature, la philosophie, la sociologie et l’actualité. Parmi leurs créations, citons Vanitas. Live fast, never digest (2019), Art.13 (2018), Adaptation (2017). Depuis 2012, Sandy Flinto & Pierrick Grobéty signent de nombreux projets, entre installation, vidéo, performance, théâtre et danse contemporaine. Leurs pièces ont un fort impact visuel et sonore. Ils créent des spectacles dont ils réalisent à la fois le concept, la co-écriture, la composition musicale, la création du décor et des accessoires. Depuis 2017, ils travaillent en étroite collaboration avec l’auteur et dramaturge Daniel Marinangeli. En 2019, ils affirment leur langage commun et leur signature collective par la création de la Cie Eddi van Tsui.
