Om Fam3d. Lidt om Historien om hvordan fam3d filament starte. Først vil jeg for fortælle lidt om os selv. Vi er en helt alm. familie på 2 voksen og 3 børn, 1 lille pige på 9 mdr. samt 2 store drenge på 11 og 13 år. Vi bor i en lille landsby tæt på Frederikshavn i vores hus. Vi har ingen baggrund inden for plast kun indenfor 3d print (på hobby plan, rigtig meget under Corona),vi var trætte af at skulle betale alt for meget for det filament vi skulle bruge og synes det var øv at vi ikke kunne få noget der var lavet i Danmark. Især da forsendelse fra Kina lukkede ned. Så vi tænkte at det kunne ikke være rigtigt at ingen ville lave det (tilbage i 2020) og gik i gang med og prøve og finde noget PLA. på dansk jord. Vi brugte så et halvt år på dette inden det lykkes os at find, da det næste problem var at finde nogen som kunne lave de spoler vi skulle bruge. Dette var dog ALDRIG til at finde på Dansk jord til en overkommelig pris. Så vi gik i gang selv med at prøve og MANGE FORSØG senere lykke det,(ca. 5mdr) tog det os. Vi var klar troede vi, men vi mangle lige en MEGET vigtig ting den maskine der skulle lave vores filament og de koster jo så jorden ryster, så det blev endnu en stopklods så vi lagde ideen på hylden igen. indtil vi en dag kom til at snakke med en som sagde hvorfor vi ikke Bare får det specielt lavet en. Dette vidste sig at være langt billigere og heldigvis en masse støtte fra masse fagfolk, der ville støtte med deres viden indenfor plastik. Det derfor nu lykkes os langt om længe og komme igang som den første i DK til og lave filament til 3d print. Det var så historien bag fam3d. og ideen bag navnet fam3d. tænkte vi at vi som familie skulle starte det her men familie3d lød ikke så godt, så navnet blev Fam3d.
