TUB-EX ApS is a production company specialising in environmentally friendly tubular film extrusion. At our production facilities in the northern part of Denmark, we produce unique and innovative plastic film and plastic tubing for many different product uses, including plastic bags and packaging for cooking, curing and smoking of meat and fish, sterile films for the medical industry and bags for collecting police evidence and environmental test bags and sample bags. Plastic bags for the food industry For the food industry, we produce bags suitable for cooking and curing of meat, i.e. sausages and ham. We also produce a special foil for smoking and salting fish, dryaging meat or maturing cheese. The award winning Tublin® bag has revolutionary qualities enabling water, smoke and a limited amount of oxygen to pass through but remains closed against bacteria and mould. The greatest advantage of this product is it’s ability to reduce product waste and improve yields. Sterilizable plastic film for sample bags and packaging Our plastic bags are also very suitable for the medical and technical industries because of their ability to keep products sterile. Among many purposes our products are used as sample bags for collecting soil samples in the EU, as test bags for environmental protection in Brazil as well as test bags for collecting evidence like fire debris during police investigations at Scotland Yard. Sterilizable film for packaging of medical devices and dental equipment are also an important part of our line of products.

I 2011 etablerede vi Dansk Affaldsminimering APS og har siden specialiseret os i at sortere og genanvende plastaffald. Vi er passionerede iværksættere og brænder for bæredygtige løsninger – også hvor det er svært! Det beskidte emballageplast fra husholdninger og industrier er en kæmpe udfordring, og i Danmark genanvender vi stadig en forsvindende del, grundet den svingende kvalitet. Denne udfordring har vi i Dansk Affaldsminimering APS taget op! Vi har, som de eneste i Danmark, en miljøgodkendelse til at modtage og behandle organisk forurenet plast på vores specialbyggede vaskeanlæg. Plasten modtager vi fra såvel kommuner som private virksomheder. På vaskeanlægget rengøres post-consumer plasten. Vi kan levere plasten i flakes og i pilleteret form -klar til ny produktion! Vores kunder er såvel plastleverandører som -producenter, designere og produktudviklere. I et samarbejde er målet at skabe et større potentiale for genanvendelse af emballageplasten og sikre et cirkulært kredsløb for de nye produkter. Vi betragter nemlig ikke den beskidte plast som affald men som en råvare! Derfor inviterer vi gerne alle ind til videndeling og med gode tanker og ideer til en bæredygtig genindvinding af emballageplast. We established Dansk Affaldsminimering APS in 2011 and has since then specialized in sorting and recycling plastic waste. We are passionate entrepreneurs dedicated to sustainable solutions. We have an environmental approval to receive and treat organically contaminated plastic on our custom-built washing plant. We receive the plastic from both municipalities and private companies alike. The post-consumer plastic is cleaned in the washing plant. We can deliver the plastic in the shapes of either flakes or pelleted - ready to new production! Our customers are plastic suppliers like manufacturers, designers and product developers. In cooperation we will create a bigger potential for recycling of packaging plastic and to secure a circular cycle for new products.
