PI-Metal #Metal Industry Ltd. was established in and it's a 100% privately-owned company, located in Central-Europe - Szeged, Hungary. Our main portfolio is to execute complex and all-round metalwork services around the region. We provide wide-range of services related to metal-works and metal parts manufacturing. We plan, design, and execute ideas from scratch. Our services range from waterjet & fiber laser sheet cutting to precision parts production, onsite welding, and so on. We make everything in metal such as finished products, parts, and finally, construction works. Our success comes from the people we work with. We employ and work together with a lot of talented people. Our priority is: focusing on quality over quantity. We own an extensive range of machinery of the highest industry standards – which is unique in the region. We constantly develop and expand our production environment, which currently covers 4500 square metres-/- A PI-METÁL Fémipari Kft. egy alapított 100%-ban magántulajdonban lévő vállalkozás, melynek telephelye Magyarországon, Szegeden található. Szolgáltatások rendkívül széles skáláját nyújtjuk, ami kiemelkedő a magyarországi fémipari cégek tekintetében. Lemezvágásra a magas minőség és a költséghatékony gyártás érdekében fiber lézer- plazma- láng- és vízsugaras vágási technológiát is alkalmazunk. Képesek vagyunk nagy, akár 6 méteres hosszon történő hajlítási munkálatokat elvégezni, gépparkunk alkalmas vastag- és vékony lemez hajlításokra valamint precíziós élhajlítási feladatok kivitelezésére is. A síklemezek megmunkálása mellett csövek, profilok ívelése, hajlítása, lézervágása, valamint hengerítés is a szolgáltatásaink részét képezi. Minősített hegesztő csapatunk acél, rozsdamentes, saválló és alumínium hegesztést végez MIG, MAG, AWI eljárásokkal, cégünk EN1090-2 EXC3-ig hegesztő üzemi tanúsítással rendelkezik. A gyártás során pemelés és csaphegesztés technológiákat is alkalmazunk.

Steel is infinitely reusable: Cyclosteel does not produce new steel but recycles scrap metal into steel. The world produces 2 billion tonnes of steel every year, most of which is new steel. At the same time, billions of tonnes of scrap are generated in the world every year. At Cyclosteel we turn scrap into high quality alloyed steel, locally and on a regional scale. We produce steel bars in a totally carbon neutral way.
