Masonic Services
Masonic Services Pty Ltd is registered with ASIC and is a company limited by shares. Masonic Services referred as “MS” hereon was first registered in November 2021. It commenced operations in Adelaide, South Australia as an option for the Freemasons of South Australia and the Northern Territory to maximise its charitable benevolence with their organisations and entities through a streamlined shared services model. The prime function of Masonic Services has been to provide quality services to its clients, the majority of which come from the brand of Freemasonry. A strategic review of the masonic organisations operating within South Australia and the Northern Territory demonstrated, duplication, leaking of funds, services and time constraints for delivery of services. Services that can be shared among the various business units of a company include finance, purchasing, inventory, payroll, hiring, and information technology MS’s conception has been a slow process over a period of many years with many boards and heads of orders, considering the options and ways to move forward with such a concept. The rollout of shared services will be intentionally moderate to ensure that the capacity to deliver and assess is constant. This paced approach is made possible by a heavy start year tapering down each year therein to the agreement to maximise the shared services.

Nhaa.Est1920
Incorporated in 1920, the NHAA is the oldest complementary medicine association in Australia. Our roots go back even further than 1920, as we were created by the joining of active associations of the time. We were originally incorporated as the National Herbalists Association of NSW, with the merger of the New South Wales Union of Herbalists and the Medico-Botanic Eclectic Association NSW. In 1952 we became the National Herbalists Association of Australia including all states and territories and simultaneously merging with 2 more active contemporary associations, the Queensland Association of Herbalists and the South Australian Herbal Association. In 2016 we changed our name to the Naturopaths and Herbalists Association of Australia to reflect and better represent our growing membership base of naturopaths, while protecting our rich history and core practice of Western herbal medicine. It also facilitated better recognition at a national and international level. We have a long history in the Complementary Medicine (CM) field and have always set standards and been active at both the political level and at the coal face of clinical practice and education.

College Of Practice Professors
The College of Practice Professors is a peak body for professionals for whom knowledge and learning are key components of leadership. In most professional sectors in Australia, both information and technology – knowledge are central to competitiveness. Staff competitiveness-enhancing capabilities are acquired through the facilitated learning of new knowledge. Skills (or competency) training, by comparison, enables staff to effectively perform routine processes, but does not lead to differentiation, innovation or dynamic capabilities. Effective leaders must be adroit at driving capability development through learning. This requires a deep understanding of the learning and knowledge acquisition process, as well as being personally knowledgeable. With this need in mind, the College has been established to support the development of learning leadership skills through unique and proprietary learning materials and an extensive personal development support environment. The College operates at the highest standards possible in all areas. The College principals have conducted years of research to establish the foundations of the College and have created a complete inventory of all of the capabilities a learning leader may possess. This inventory has been used to develop the College's diagnostic tools, personal development support services and learning materials which provide a distilled essence and practice-based exposure to these topics, in an engaging workshop format. All materials are delivered face-to-face by highly trained presenters who have extensive personal experience and annually complete a rigourous updating process. The personal development support services (which are part of college membership) have been carefully developed to be entertaining, underpin this experience and combine to create the highest-quality learning experiences possible for discerning members.

Restorative Practices International - Rpi
Restorative Practices International (RPI) is a world-wide association for restorative practitioners. We are an independent professional membership body designed to support practitioners working in diverse areas of Restorative Practices and related fields. Formed by practitioners for practitioners, we are committed to continued learning together ensuring our work will be stronger as a result. RPI adopts a Restorative Practice approach which involves problem solving, based on the principles, values and philosophy of Restorative Justice. For the purposes of RPI, we use the term ‘restorative practice’ to provide a range of restorative options across fields as diverse as justice (policing, corrections, juvenile justice), schools, workplaces, organisations, faith groups, family and community. These options are characterised by four key values: Encounter: creating opportunities for victims, offenders (wrongdoers), their families and community members (who wish to do so), to meet to discuss what happened and the impact this had on those involved. Amends: expecting wrongdoers to take steps to repair the harm they have caused and to make amends. Reintegration: seeking to restore victims and offenders to wholeness, to become contributing members of society. Inclusion: providing opportunities for parties with a stake in a specific crime or incident to participate in its resolution (adapted from RJ Online).
