Vetivert Leadership: Our Managing Director & Chief Experience Curator, is Dominican born Carla Armour who has 40+ years' experience in the Tourism & Wellness Industries. She holds a Master’s in International Event Management from the University of Brighton, England. A degree in Fine Art & Design from Parsons School of Design (NYC), a former Gallery owner and artist agent who has also exhibited her work in numerous countries over the last 32 year. She is a certified Chef from New York Restaurant School, a Certified Life Coach. She has been a Health & Fitness trainer and advocate for over 35 years, holding numerous professional certifications in the field. Carla has lived and worked in the Caribbean, US, UK and Namibia. Juliette Fadelle an Urban Renewal Consultant and with extensive management experience with Dominica’s public and private sectors along with Economist Mark Thomas also bring over 75 years of development and business experience to the Vetivert table.
