Albania Investment Council
Albania Investment Council has been established as an advisory body of the Government. Its role is to facilitate constructive dialogue and exchange of views between the Government and the private sector to facilitate dialogue in the area of investment climate. The mandate of the Investment Council (IC) is set out in the Decision of the Council of Ministers no. 294, dated 8 April 2015. The IC has in its composition representatives from the government, development partners and business community. The routine activity of the Investment Council is coordinated by the Secretariat of the Investment Council, supported by the Albania Investment Council is supported by the Ministry of Economy, Culture and Innovation (MEKI, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO).

EUNACAL is an independent public policy research institute dedicated to promote good governance and deliberative democracy in Albania by focusing on public policy making in three levels of governance (european, national & local - EUNACAL ). The core staff of EUNACAL is made of young professionals and academics of governance disciplines that bring in an outstanding experience in working with projects on good governance, anticorruption, EU enlargement, decentralization, regional development, government ICT policy, deliberative democracy and political & social research. People at EUNACAL believe that cooperation among civil society actors and collective action are essential for successfully encouraging citizen centric government policies and accountable policymakers. Therefore EUNACAL is committed to a proactive engagement in common programs, projects and actions in cooperation with civil society actors operating in Albania, in other countries of the Western Balkans, in Turkey and in the EU.

The Regional Development Agency 2 Tirana (RDA2)(Agjencia për Zhvillim Rajonal 2 Tiranë or "AZHR2") is a public body which has the role of expert institution for the implementation and achievement of development policy objectives for Tirana region (Tirane, Durres, Diber). It contributes to harmonisation and integration of economic, social and environmental factors for an equitable development through- Encouragement of a much broader pattern of cooperation- Establishment of public-private partnerships of common development interest; and - Establishment of inter-local, inter-regional and cross-border networks. It aims at establishing partnerships with diverse stakeholders and aligning Albania's Regional Development policy with the Regional policy of the European Union. The objective is to fully use the potentials of all territories and available resources, including EU pre-accession and post-accession funds.
