توانمندسازی جامعه و حاکمیت ایدهی تقویت همزمان ظرفیتهای جامعه و حاکمیت را برای توسعه مدنظر دارد. برای توسعهی پایدار نیازمند حضور همزمان جامعه و دولت قوی هستیم؛ ضعف و خلل در هر یک از این دو طرف، باعث شکنندگی مسیر توسعه میشود؛ توسعهی آمرانه و دولتمحور همان اندازه در معرض بیثباتی است که توسعهی اجتماعمحور در فقدان دولت قوی. بنابراین اگر مسیری برای توسعه بتوان متصور بود از رهگذر تقویت ظرفیتهای ایدهپردازی و اجرایی هر دو سوی این معادله است. توانمندسازی جامعه مستلزم تقویت همکاریهای جمعی، نهادها و تشکلها و بسط حوزهی فعالیت انجمنهای داوطلبانه است؛ توانمندسازی حاکمیت نیز مستلزم گذار از حامیپروری به حاکمیت قانون و استحکام نظام بوروکراتیک به عنوان مقدمه و پیشنیاز دموکراسی است. دموکراسی در فقدان حاکمیت قانون و نظام اداریِ واجدِ خودمختاری نسبی، به حامیپروری و دموکراسی فرمال تودهای بدل میشود. مرکز توانمندسازی حاکمیت و جامعه تیمی متشکل از دانشجویان دانشگاههای برتر کشور است که تلاش میکنند تا از طریق ایجاد و تقویت شبکههای اصلاحی بتوانند گام هایی در حل مسائلی همچون توانمندسازی جامعه، شفافیت، مقابله با فساد، تعارض منافع، برداشته و از رهگذر گسترش حکمرانی شبکه ای، بتوانند زمینه را برای کارآمدسازی حاکمیت و تقویت جامعه مدنی فراهم آورند.

Iran Behavioral Insights Center aims to apply Behavioral & Psychological Sciences in solving Iran's current issues. Our mission is to utilize a novel approach in the understanding of the issues and challenges Iran is facing, and to offer specialized solutions towards them. We develop efficient policies, programs, and products based on deep and valid insights from the latest and most credible evidence in the Behavioral Sciences (including social psychology, cognitive psychology, & behavioral economics) using precise scientific methodologies. We are actively applying the Behavioral Insights approach in Iran through co-operations with different organizations and public sectors and becoming the first Behavioral Insights team in Iran with actual, unbiased, and beneficial impacts.
