Carleton University’s School of Public Policy and Administration (SPPA) is the foremost policy school in Canada. The School offers a PhD in Public Policy, a Master of Public Policy and Administration (including a concentration in Indigenous Policy and Administration), a Master of Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership and a Master of Arts in Sustainable Energy. Our three graduate diploma programs — Public Policy and Program Evaluation, Indigenous Policy and Administration, and Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership — are offered online part-time. The overwhelming majority of our graduates find jobs in the federal government, the provincial governments and jobs in non-governmental organizations. The School is housed in the Richcraft Hall on Carleton University's scenic campus where students have fantastic classrooms and comfortable working spaces that overlook the Rideau River. The SPPA Student Society organizes a variety of events throughout the academic year, ranging from networking nights, casual student socials, to the highlight of the year, the annual Gala. We look forward to maintaining the SPPA network of new students, current students and almost 70 years of distinguished alumni.

Founded in 1991, ICCLR is a joint initiative of the Government of Canada, the University of British Columbia, Simon Fraser University, the International Society for the Reform of Criminal Law, and the Province of British Columbia. It is one of eighteen institutes comprising the United Nations Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice Programme Network of Institutes.
