TEAMS for Medical Missions is an Evangelical Missions Agency comprised of missionaries and office staff who are based In Allentown, Pennsylvania together full-time career missionaries based in Jamaica, West Indies. THE VISION of TEAMS for Medical Missions is for strong Jamaican Churches with the Commitment, Ability and Resources to develop faithful followers of Jesus Christ locally and beyond. Hundreds of volunteers help make this possible through prayer and giving of financial resources as well as their time and abilities. J-Teams are also a major component with short term ministry J-Teams deployed four times a year. These are primarily medical teams but also include teachers for evangelism and disciple making and builders who supply a small house for a needy individual or family.

Portmore Gospel Assembly (PGA) began as a denominational effort spearheaded by Pastors Henry White, Curtis Cole, and Albert Karram. The AGA sought a place of ministry in what has become the largest and fastest growing residential community in the Caribbean. An entire block of fourteen lots was purchased from the developer. A sanctuary was erected, and worship begun in May 1978. We are a community of persons committed to God and each other in Worship, Edification, Evangelization and Spiritual Warfare, for the purpose of reconciling and discipling the nations unto Christlikeness. Teamwork Associates Christian Centre
Teamwork Associates is an established Christian Centre which consists of an excellent Hospitality & Retreat Centre, Church and Academy, all of which are located in Torada Heights, a quiet and picturesque community with a breath-taking view of the Caribbean Sea and the elegant corridors of Montego Bay. These facilities serve to model the type of Christian ministry that encourages reconciliation by providing bases for evangelical outreach, as well as ongoing support of spiritually and socially enriching endeavors. Teamwork Christian Academy is committed to Christian education and nurturing of children, from early childhood to the secondary level. The current offerings of our academy are an early childhood centre which provides care for children from 6 months to 5 years. Our high school's special education department serves as western Jamaica' s premier place of learning for students of secondary school age who are challenged by the grades 7 and 8 curriculum. The Hospitality & Retreat Centre found on our 15 acre property, offers a dormitory with 24 bedrooms, a spacious conference room and dining area which are available to Christian organizations, community associations and corporate groups for camps, retreats, and conferences. Individuals, families and other groups in need of a tranquil home away from home, may consider placing a booking at Casa Torada. This facility is our tranquil guest house with 9 air-conditioned bedrooms, recreational spaces, swimming pool, and outdoor lawn areas which are perfect for small weddings and other events. Worship services at our Church are held every Sunday at 10 a.m. Teamwork Church emphasizes ministry to children and youth as well as evangelism, building relationships and mobilizing teams.

Central Jamaica Conference Of Seventh-Day Adventists
Central Jamaica Conference is one of 5 conferences within the Jamaica Union of Seventh-day Adventists. Its territory contains the parishes of Manchester, St. Catherine and Clarendon. These parishes contain approximately 35% of the population of Jamaica. CJC is the largest membership on record; topping members. Central Jamaica Conference serves the community and its members through the various ministries that mirror the departments of the world-wide Adventist Church. Each ministry/department is geared toward nurturing, equipping and empowering the churches for service to community. These include, but are not limited to ministries for children, youth, women, family and much more. There are 220 churches and companies within the territory of Central Jamaica Conference. Each church is organized for service within the community through worship, community outreach and evangelism. Our services are held on Saturdays (9:15 am - Sunset), Wednesdays (7:00 - 8:30 pm) and Sundays (7:00 - 8:30 pm). All are welcome to attend.

Sisters Of Mercy Of Jamaica
Sisters of Mercy are Roman Catholic women of faith who commit our lives to God & serving those in need The first Sisters of Mercy arrived in Jamaica from Bermondsey, England in 1890. Since then, the RSM in Jamaica have established and continue to host 5 schools on the original 26 South Camp Road property in Kingston (Jessie Ripoll Primary, Alpha Infant, Alpha Primary, Convent of Mercy Academy (Alpha Academy for Girls) and Alpha Boys School (now called Alpha Institute). The Laws Street Adult Training Centre in downtown Kingston operated by Sister Benedict serves adult training and basic needs. And the St John Bosco Children’s Home in the Hatfield community of Mandeville in the central parish of Manchester, is a residential facility providing educational and vocational training to boys. The Religious Sisters of Mercy in Jamaica are associated with the South Central community based in Belmont, North Carolina.
