Polat Enerji was established in to invest in renewable energy resources. Our investments were initially focused on Turkey's wind potential. In a short period, we have built four wind energy and one solar energy power plant that generate clean energy.Our first wind power plant, Soma WPP, started commercial operation in 2009. Commissioning of Seyitali WPP and Poyraz WPP took place in 2011 and 2012 respectively. In 2013, Geycek WPP was taken under operation. Several extension projects were completed within our existing power plants in 2015-2016. Finally, our first solar power plant, Cıngıllı SPP was commissioned at the end of 2019. Soma WPP is Turkey's largest wind power plant with an installed capacity of 288,1 MW while Geycek WPP is the fourth largest wind power plant in the country with 168 MW of installed power. With all its wind energy investments, Polat Enerji is one of the biggest wind energy investors of Turkey. Polat Enerji generates approximately 1.6 billion kWh of electricity annually, meeting the electricity demand of people. Every year, our wind power plants reduce approximately 1 million tons of carbon dioxide which can be eliminated by planting 40 million trees.

Siro Energy
Siro was established on September 27, 2021 as a joint venture between Togg and Farasis Energy to develop energy storage solutions for automotive and non-automotive use in Türkiye and surrounding markets. Siro started mass production of battery modules and packs it developed in 2023. Siro, which will start the production of battery cells that it has started to develop as of 2023, will start in 2026 and will become an important energy storage player in the region with its 20 GWh production capacity that it will reach in time. Siro will present its developed energy storage solutions to global markets, and will provide services in the field of energy storage solutions that will support renewable energy, electric grid, charging stations and residential solutions besides automotive, and will be directly responsible for 120 countries in the region besides Türkiye. Siro, Türkiye ve çevre pazarlarda otomotiv ve otomotiv-dışı kullanım için enerji depolama çözümleri geliştirmek üzere Togg ve Farasis Energy ortaklığında 27 Eylül 2021’de kuruldu. Siro, geliştirdiği batarya modül ve paketlerinin seri üretimine 2023 yılında başladı. 2023 yılı itibarıyla geliştirmeye başladığı batarya hücrelerinin üretimine 2026 yılında başlayacak olan Siro, zaman içinde ulaşacağı 20 GWs’lik üretim kapasitesiyle bölgede önemli bir enerji depolama oyuncusu olacak. Akfen Yenilenebilir Enerji

Temelleri 2007 yılında atılan Akfen Yenilenebilir Enerji A.Ş. bünyesinde tamamı yenilenebilir kaynaklardan oluşan ve sürdürülebilir enerjiye yatırım yapan bir yenilenebilir enerji platformunu kuran Akfen Holding, büyüme stratejisinin gerçekleşmesi amacıyla 2016 yılında Avrupa İmar ve Kalkınma Bankası (EBRD) ve Uluslararası Finans Kuruluşu (IFC) ile ortaklık sözleşmesi imzalayarak Türkiye’deki ilk Yenilenebilir Enerji Platformu’nu kurdu. Akfen Yenilenebilir Enerji A.Ş’nin portföyü yenilenebilir kaynaklarından enerji üretimi ve toptan elektrik satış ticaretinden oluşmaktadır. Akfen Toptan Satış, Akfen Yenilenebilir Enerji santrallerince gerçekleştirilen üretimin toptan satış piyasasına yönelmesinde dağıtım kanalı görevi görmektedir. Toptan enerji satış fiyatlarındaki volatiliteye karşı alım garantisinin kullanılmaması durumunda ise korunma imkanı sağlamaktadır. Yenilenebilir enerji projelerinin gerek geliştirme aşamasında gerekse lisanslamadan, inşaat ve işletme aşamasına kadar kanıtlanmış tecrübeyle yoluna devam eden Akfen Yenilenebilir Enerji, yalın ve verimli organizasyon yapısı ile maliyet kontrolüne güçlü bir şekilde odaklanmaktadır.
