Universiti Brunei Darussalam Shell Eco-Marathon Organization Ubdsemo

A voluntary student-centred project where an inter-faculty team of undergraduates from multidisciplinary backgrounds applies their skills and knowledge to design and build vehicles to compete internationally in urban circuits for supreme energy efficiency; becoming a part of future innovation. Established in 2012, to date the project has over 50 alumni. 5 prototype vehicles have been built and competed at #shellecomarathon Asia competitions by the students; the solar-powered Ajung, hydrogen-powered Nakhoda and battery-electric-powered Mutiara, GenNovative'35 and Gendeavour'37. Achievements are as follow: Gendeavour'37 - 11th place out of 26 in Prototype Battery Electric Category at Shell Eco-marathon Asia 2018 in Singapore GenNovative'35 - 10th place out of 23 in Prototype Battery Electric Category at Shell Eco-marathon Asia 2017 in Singapore Nakhoda - 3rd Place in the Prototype Hydrogen Fuel Cell Category at Shell Eco-marathon Asia 2015 in Manila, Philippines Mutiara - 10th Place in the Prototype Battery Electric Category at Shell Eco-marathon Asia 2014 in Manila, Philippines Visit our other social media accounts @ubdsem- Facebook: Instagram: Twitter: https://twitter.com/ubdsem
