Acclaim Technology Services

Acclaim Technology Services was formerly known as Acclaim Surveyor and Services and was incorporated in 1984 by V.C Mohan to provide consulting services for the chemical and allied industries. It was formed with other chemical engineers and plant personnel. Mr.VC Mohan (B.Tech,MBA) serves as it founding CEO. In the late 90s and early Acclaim started consulting in the renewable energy space, specifically with regards to biomass gasifiers with technology and support from IISc, Bangalore. Among many achievements, Acclaim was involved with the first gasifier in India that was registered with Over the years the company has installed many plants and has been involved with operations and maintenance of gasifiers for clients like Hindustan pencils,Britannia, Velan hotels etc. Around 2012,Acclaim signed an MoU with BARC, Trombay to help commercialize their biogas technology to help install biogas plants throughout the country. This was the beginning of Acclaim’s journey in installing Nisargruna plants to clients like schools, medical colleges, hotels and the like. The company has been involved in more than half a dozen biogas plants in the country. More recently, Acclaim signed another MoU with BARC to help commercialize their Shesha or helical plants for much smaller capacities and install projects in a portable manner. Thus, the company has been making headway in the biogas sector as a major consultant. Also, in the mid -2010s Acclaim entered into a partnership with IIT Madras for their Solar thermal technology developed in the department of Mechanical engineering. The company has successfully installed and maintained plants. Acclaim over the last decade and more of operation in the "Green Power" sector experience in Consulting, EPC and O&M of Biomass Gasifier Plants. Acclaim today offers sustainable solutions for industries to replace fossil fuels (Diesel/Furnace Oil/LPG) in Thermal applications and Power Generation for Captive use and Grid evacuation.
