Gender Und Diversity In Den Ingenieurwissenschaften
The teaching and research activities at the GDI pursue the goal of advancing sustainable, innovative and future-oriented research and development. This is done by incorporating perspectives of diversity and heterogeneity (diversity) at different levels in organizations and in research and development processes. With our interdisciplinary, competency-based approach, we teach cross-disciplinary competencies for socially responsible engineering design in hands-on and interactive teaching formats. The goal is to train socially responsible engineers who combine interdisciplinarity and the teaching of generic competencies in practice-oriented teaching formats.
