We're a inter-university research group (PoliMI-UniTO) working with Public and Private Clients to support the green and digital transition of process and information management in built enviroment. Since 2014, we've been dealing with the writing of BIM guidelines for the management of real estate assets, involving various stakeholders including RAI Radiotelevisione Italiana S.p.a, Anas S.p.A, the Politecnico di Milano and the University of Turin. We also deal with methods and tools to check and validate digital models, process modelling and re-engineering aiming at facilitating the digitisation of control and commissioning through the different phases of construction lifecycle. In addition to guidelines and digitisation of asset management processes, our work focuses particularly on the design and project management phases. We support our clients in the drafting of tender and design guidance documents (Italian DIP), with a focus on sustainability and Green Public Procurement.
