Archol
Sinds 1996 verricht Archeologisch Onderzoek Leiden (Archol) op projectbasis een breed spectrum aan archeologische werkzaamheden voor derden. Onze opdrachtgevers zijn onder andere de rijksoverheid, provinciale- en gemeentelijke overheden, bedrijven, erfgoedorganisaties en particulieren. Archol heeft inmiddels haar naam verbonden aan ruim achthonderd archeologische projecten variërend van bureauonderzoek tot archeologische begeleidingen en grootschalige opgravingen. Ons onderzoekcentrum is gespecialiseerd in het uitvoeren van onderzoek waarin verschillende disciplines samenkomen. Verder onderscheidt Archol zich door het aanbieden van ICT- en GIS-ondersteuning. Bovendien hebben wij specialisten in huis voor de uitvoering zoals: Archeobotanie, Vuursteen/ natuursteen, Fysische Antropologie, Fysische Geografie, Gebruikssporen analyse. Het team van Archol bestaat uit 25 personen, waaronder zeer ervaren projectleiders en goed opgeleide, enthousiaste archeologen en ondersteunend personeel. Kiezen met kennis Binnen het beschikbare budget realiseert Archol maximale kenniswinst. Dit betekent in de praktijk dat er keuzes gemaakt moeten worden. Ons uitgangspunt is daarbij dat niet alles per definitie onderzoekswaardig is. Het maken van onnodige kosten wordt altijd voorkomen. Archol werkt landelijk, maar met een aantal regio’s in Nederland zijn we van oudsher sterk verbonden zoals: de Brabantse en Limburgse zandgronden, het Maasdal, de Zuid-Limburgse lössgronden, de veen- en kleigebieden van de Flevopolder en Noord- en Zuid-Holland.

CHL Netherlands B.V.(CHL) develops, designs and builds a variety of sophisticated radar antenna systems and microwave sensors to customer specifications. CHL radar antenna systems are renowned for their outstanding performance and long life span. Some of the systems supplied have been in use for over 50 years. An important feature of the systems is their strength. A number of antenna system types can even stay operational during hurricanes. Options like frequency diversity, pressurization and integrated lightning protection are available depending on the radar antenna system type. Apart from the radar antenna systems themselves, we manufacture turning units and rotary joints. Our turning units are characterised by an extremely low noise level combined with high reliability. CHL radar antenna systems are suitable for a variety of applications: •vessel and aircraft traffic management systems (VTS and SMR); •harbours; •coasts; •airports. Geen probleem, wij regelen het voor u! Dataverzameling met camera’s en telapparatuur: We registreren met telslangen, radarapparatuur, kentekencamera’s en observatiecamera’s. U heeft behoefte aan cijfers en wij kunnen deze informatie leveren. Samen met u bepalen we de beste manier van dataverzameling. Met apparatuur, met veldwerkers of een combinatie van beiden. Wij zijn van alle markten thuis! Dataverwerking: Alle verzamelde data wordt gecontroleerd, gevalideerd en geanalyseerd. Onze wiskundigen vertalen de data naar informatie en we presenteren de resultaten in heldere rapportages. Maar we verwerken niet alleen de data die we zelf verzamelen. Heeft u data en wilt u informatie? Dan staan onze wiskundigen voor u klaar! Basec Veel van onze klanten gebruiken Basec, onze archiefkast op internet. The Laboratory of Food Process Engineering is one of the chair groups of Wageningen University & Research. We explore new principles for the production of food that are significantly more sustainable and at the same time contribute to a tasty and healthy diet. Our scientists work on: • an improved understanding of the dynamics of dispersed fluids and solids (relevant to food production) • The translation of the insight gained towards processes for sustainable production of foods and food ingredients. Lambert Instruments
Specialists in Electronic Imaging FLIM-Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging Microscopy is the new tool of Lambert Instruments to measure FRET-Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer, ion imaging, oxygen imaging, probing microenvironment, and medical diagnosis. This measurement is done quickly and simple with our LIFA-Lambert Instruments-Fluorescence Attachment system attached to a standard widefield fluorescence microscope, upright or inverted. Is the object you want to image not bright enough or do you need ultra short exposures instead of normal/long exposures? In both cases an image intensifier in front of your camera could solve the problem. You should consider one of Lambert Instruments image intensifiers, available for various applications. Several industrial applications such as car crash tests and production line trouble shooting ask for High-Speed Imaging. Combustion research, High Voltage discharge research and some Biological applications do require high-speed imaging. At high frame rate the exposure is short and lighting can become a problem, especially in applications where no artificial lighting can be allowed. We offer image intensifiers designed for high-speed applications that solve this problem. They can easily be attached to an existing high-speed camera to boost the sensitivity.
