Izmir Biomedicine And Genome Center Ibg
Izmir Biomedicine and Genome Center (IBG), which was established within the scope of law no. 6550 as one of the first four research infrastructures of Turkey, has been operating since 2014. Founded by members of Dokuz Eylul University to establish a regional center of attraction for science, technology and innovation in Izmir, IBG’s main objective is to carry out powerful research on biomedicine and genome sciences, to develop products based on medical and pharmaceutical biotechnologies using its workforce and technical infrastructure, and thus, to contribute to universal science and the transformation of our national industry. IBG is the largest (22.250 m2) and well-equipped research infrastructure in Turkey in the field of life sciences. In the main building which comprises 7 floors, basic and transnational research is conducted in the fields of cancer, genomics and bioinformatics, stem cells and regeneration, immunology and infectious diseases, neuroscience and bioengineering on 8.250 m2 of laboratory space. The building also has a service area of 6.600 m2, which was set up using modern and advanced technologies. In addition to these, international conferences and symposiums are held every year, as well as comprehensive training activities such as courses, workshops, summer schools and seminars.

SOCAR Turkey R&D fields of expertise include catalyst research, green chemistry, sustainable, clean and efficient energy, value-added products, energy transition, digitalization and environmental solutions. Adoption of an open innovation model allows us to engage in strong industry-academia collaborations and we work with more than 30 national and international universities. SOCAR Turkey R&D is committed to the Horizon 2020 European Green Deal Call which strives to ensure the European Union's transition to a carbon-free economy by 2050. SOCAR Turkey R&D has 5 projects in total that are funded by the European Union. While the CARMOF, CO2 Focus and LOUISE projects fall within the scope of Horizon 2020 and aim to develop carbon capture, storage and use technologies (CCSU), the NEFERTITI project aims to produce valuable chemicals from concentrated solar energy. GDA Laboratuvar Hizmetleri Ağustos 2011 yılında kurulmuş bir limited şirketidir.GDA kurulduğu günden itibaren alt yapı çalışmalarına başlamış ve Eylül 2011 de Gıda Tarım ve Hayvancılık Bakanlığına kuruluş izni başvurusunda bulunmuş, kuruluş izni başvurusunu Ekim 2011 yılında almıştır. Daha sonra faaliyet izni çalışmalarını yürütüp Ocak 2012 de faaliyet başvurusu yapmış ve 29 Şubat 2012 yılında faaliyet iznini almış ve sektördeki yerini GDA Gıda Analiz laboratuvarı olarak resmileştirmiştir. Laboratuvarımız 7 Haziran 2013 tarihinde Türkak’dan akredite olmuştur. GDA kurulduğu ilk günden itibaren yaptığı çalışmaları teknolojinin son gelişmeleri ışığı altında yapmış konusunda uzman personelle çalışarak sektöre doğru tarafsız ve güvenilir sonuçlar vermek üzere yola çıkmıştır. Besides, Advanced Spectroscopy Laboratory, Advanced Imaging Laboratory, clean room, Cell Culture Laboratory, Life Sciences Laboratory, Mass System Laboratory, Material Synthesis and Characterization Laboratory there are 3 Life Sciences Laboratories and 2 Chemistry Laboratories having enough infrastructure for researchers which are available to perform the projects.[TR] Devlet Planlama Teşkilatı desteği ile Kurulan Atatürk Üniversitesi Doğu Anadolu Yüksek Teknoloji Uygulama ve Araştırma Merkezimiz (DAYTAM) 35 milyon TL ( güncel tutarı 100 milyon TL) bütçe ve en gelişmiş laboratuvar sistemleri ile kurulmuştur. Yaklaşık m2 kullanım alanına sahip merkezimizde, muhtelif büyüklüklerde ve kullanıma hazır 17 adet laboratuvar, ve 100 sınıflarını içeren yaklaşık 160 m2 temiz oda, 12 adet sistem odası, 2 adet konferans salonu bulunmaktadır.
