ACRON is de branchevereniging van CRO’s in Nederland. Wij behartigen de collectieve belangen van de aangesloten bedrijven (leden). Dit doen we door middel van het organiseren van bijeenkomsten, zowel besloten als open, netwerk en lobby activiteiten met als voornaamste doel om Nederland als onderzoeksland optimaal te laten functioneren. Daarnaast werken wij, samen met onze partners, aan de optimalisering van Nederland als onderzoeksland en zorgen wij, door onze expertise in te brengen in diverse externe werkgroepen, voor de zichtbaarheid van de CRO’s als belangrijke partner bij klinisch onderzoek. De branchevereniging van CRO’s De ACRON, opgericht in 1995, is van oudsher de associatie van Nederlandse CRO’s (en SMO’s). Daarnaast wil de ACRON zich als associatie verbinden met alle collega’s die op contractuele basis hun diensten en expertise in het veld van klinisch onderzoek in Nederland aanbieden (freelancers / ZZP-ers). Wij vertegenwoordigen de branche richting onder meer bedrijfsleven en politiek. Klinisch onderzoek is een belangrijke stap in de continue verbetering van de gezondheidszorg. Dat geldt met name voor patiënten die deelnemen aan deze onderzoeken, als voor de opdrachtgevers. Voor beiden is het uitermate belangrijk dat klinisch onderzoek op een hoog niveau en onder de best mogelijke omstandigheden kan worden uitgevoerd. Het verbeteren van de kwaliteit en de omstandigheden namens haar leden is daarom één van de hoofddoelen van de ACRON. Sinds de oprichting in 1995 heeft de ACRON zich ontwikkeld tot een branchevereniging die op vele gebieden, zowel nationaal als internationaal, nauw betrokken is bij discussies en ontwikkelingen rondom klinisch onderzoek. Kieskompas - Election Compass
Bij Kieskompas zijn we benieuwd naar alle meningen. Al meer dan vijftien jaar brengen wij de opinies van burgers in beeld voor maatschappelijk-en academisch onderzoek. Op deze manier zijn we uitgegroeid tot een onderzoeksinstituut dat zich specialiseert in kwantitatieve data-analyse, opinieonderzoek en voter profiling. Daarnaast staan we bekend als de meest betrouwbare stemhulp van Nederland, waarmee we tijdens de verkiezingen inzichtelijk maken wat de belangrijke politieke kwesties zijn en hoe de verschillende partijen in het land of in een gemeente hierover denken. Kieskompas is ingebed in de academische gemeenschap en bestaat uit een team van gevestigde onderzoekers met een sterke focus op politicologie, data science en statistiek. Onze stemhulp wordt niet alleen in Nederland gebruikt, maar in meer dan 45 landen. Vele gebruikers hebben vrijwillig hun e-mailadres opgegeven en hebben ermee ingestemd vaker benaderd te mogen worden voor enquêteonderzoek. Hierdoor hebben we het grootste actieve panel van Nederland, evenals andere grote panels in andere landen. Onze panels zijn daardoor geschikt voor het verzamelen van representatieve data voor het uitvoeren van analyses op politiek en maatschappelijk relevante thema's.
