Voimala 1889
Taidemuseon takana virtaava Lasaretinväylä oli aikoinaan tärkeä voiman lähde, johon vuonna 1720 perustettiin vesimylly. Arkkitehti Viktor Joachim Sucksdorfin suunnittelema Myllytullin vesivoimala otettiin käyttöön 1903, mutta 1960-luvulla Lasaretinväylän vesivoimala hiljeni. Tulipalo vaurioitti vanhaa rakennusta pahoin elokuussa 2006 ja alue oli pitkään sortumavaaran takia aidattu ja näin ollen ihmisiltä suljettu. Keväällä 2017 Hartela-Forumin kunnostamaan voimalaan avattiin taide- ja tapahtumatila Voimala 1889 Whatever Groupin toimesta. Yhtiömuutoksen myötä vuoden vaihteessa 2018 syntynyt Voimala 1889:n Oy tarjoaa nyt tilassa ammattitaitoisia juhla -ja ravintolapalveluita. Voimala1889 on Oulun uusin, inspiroivin kulttuuripainotteinen juhla- ja tapahtumapaikka, joka toimii myös taidegalleriana. Tila toimii erinomasesti kokousten ja yleisötilaisuuksien järjestämiseen. Tarjonnassamme myös viihtyisät saunatilat rennompaan illanviettoon. Voimalan ja Rauhalan väliin valmistui kesällä 2017 myös tapahtumatori, jossa järjestetään kesäisin patiokeikkoja. Pystyt järjestämään tilaisuuksia talvisin aina 30 henkilölle asti, ja kesäisin Kaupunkikartanolla on käytössänne lisäksi 40 henkilön juhlateltta. Sauna sekä poreamme upealla terassilla ovat käytettävissä sopimuksen mukaan. Kaupunkikartanosta saat käyttöösi tilat ja astiat. Ruokailut juomineen voit toteuttaa aivan kuten haluat, joko tuoda ne mukanasi tai hoitaa yhteistyökumppanimme kautta! Kaupunkikartanossa käytössäsi on täysin varusteltu keittiö. Kokoustilat tiimityökabinetteineen soveltuvat erityisen hyvin yritysten tilaisuuksiin. Kokoustilan varustukseen kuuluvat mm. jäähdyttävä ilmastointi, 65 " näyttötaulu sekä studiotasoinen äänentoistojärjestelmä.

A cozy wine bar & tasting room with warm ambience, delicious wines and tasty bar menu. Located at Uudenmaankatu in the heart of Punavuori. Wine list consists always something classic as well as something more adventurous. We bring in new wines per glass every week. On the plate we offer easy and classic bar food from quality ingredients sourced from local, organic and seasonal producers. Grape Tasting Room "three doors away" from our bar is a perfect extension to Grape Wine Bar as a private event space. The Tasting Room, as the name implies, serves as our wine tasting room and offers an excellent venue to all sorts of events from winemaker dinners, private get together parties to business meetings with a "wine twist". On Sundays Grape offers a slow afternoon breakfast with some delightfully fresh bubbles. Every Slow Sunday set comprises four assorted portions. The up coming set is always published on Wednesday on our website, Facebook and Instagram pages. The Grape menu regulars are also available to compliment your wine; our charcuterie and assorted cheese. We usually do not accept table reservations for the bar side, but exceptions to this; on Sundays and on special days, of which we will inform you in advance.

Oliver's Inn
The story of Oliver's Inn started in 1985 when Christer Ekman bought the legendary Elite. He had an idea to make a place where people who loved beer, good food and music enjoyed in a nice atmosphere, could meet. The whole restaurant was remade in an English/Irish pub style with warm colors and dark wood, mirrors and nice lighting. The reception was marvelous and the business has been prosperous ever since. “Time goes fast when you’re having fun” In 1998 Christers oldest son Robert took charge of the restaurant and made it work even better with young inspired new ideas. In 2009 the restaurant was completely rebuilt after a water damage and at the same time Oliver's switched owners. Roberts younger brother Jonathan and his friend Daniel Lytz are now running the restaurant with great inspiration. Oliver's Inn is a party place with a lot of different themes, such as DJ’s, live acts, theme nights, student parties, and gaming nights. Oliver's is also cooperating with the local student organisations in Vasa to make all their celebrations a big success. The biggest event every year is “Pampas Nationalfest” that lasts for nearly a week and gathers students from all over Finland. Restaurant Henriks is beautifully located in one of the oldest buildings in Tampere. The youthful kitchen staff mixes traditional french cooking techniques with the best scandinavian ingredients. On the wine list you can not only find the traditional wines of southern Europe, but also lots of highlights from the new world. The ala carte menu provides a food experience to remember. The bistro menu serves quicker bites for example before or after the theater. The weekly changing lunch menu provides a simplier - but high quality - three-course-menu or single dishes with a very reasonable price. Restaurant Henriks also serves lovely brunch on Saturdays from 12 to 3 pm where one can enjoy delicacies from the starter buffet - the main and the dessert are served to table.
