Wasabi Running Sushi & Wok Restaurants A Wasabi történelme 2004. augusztusában kezdődött, amikor megnyitottuk első éttermünket a Szépvölgyi úton. Ezt követően alig 3 év alatt újabb 3 éttermet nyitottunk: Budapesten a Podmaniczky utcában és a MoM Parkban, valamint Debrecenben a Piac utcán. A fejlődés töretlen, hiszen 2015-ben Bécs kerületében, majd 2016-ban a Hercegprímás utcában indítottuk el legújabb éttermünket, a Wasabi Extrát. Wasabi Running Sushi & Wok Restaurants The history of Wasabi started in August 2004 when we opened our first restaurant in Szépvölgyi út. After 3 years we opened three more restaurants in Budapest: Podmaniczky utca and MoM Park and in In Debrecen on Market Street. Progress is unbroken, as in 2015 Vienna and then in 2016 on Hercegprímás utca we launched our latest restaurant, Wasabi Extra.

Célunk, hogy minden fehérmosogatással kapcsolatos problémát kiváltsunk, ezzel bértömeget, szervezési időt, vizet, vegyszert és áramot spórolva minden partner éttermünknek. Megalakulásunk óta legfontosabb szempontjaink közé tartozik a környezetvédelem, így üzemünket úgy szereltükfel, hogy kézi mosogatáshoz képest 40-szer kevesebb vizet és ötödannyi vegyszert használ fel, ezzel visszaszorítva partner éttermeink vízigényét. Magyarországon elsőként a piacon, megreformáljuk a vendéglátóhelyek mosogatási rendszerét, egy új lehetőséget adva ezáltal az éttermeknek. Szolgáltatásunk lényege, hogy a mosogatást vendéglátóhelyéből áthelyezzük a mi mosogatóüzemünkbe. Futárunk az Önnek megfelelő időpontban viszi vendéglátóhelyére a tiszta tálalóeszközöket, és ezzel egy időben el is viszi az ott felgyülemlett koszos tálalóeszközöket.
