DEFINITION: Al Hakoora is the best representation of the simple lifestyle of Arabs especially in rural area and countryside. It is basically the front yard of houses and other premises characterized by the presence of some trees chiefly olive and grapes, the floors is naturally rough with pebbles of various sizes scattered everywhere. People especially villagers would sit around set up tents and lit touches in the nights warming themselves by the burning olive wood and sitting around campfires. al Hakoora the untold story It all commenced in 1 9 7 3 when my father Rimon Boulos, then a very young man, took upon himself the task of transforming the Hakoora of his house into a Hamble restaurant by providing a few wooden tables, chairs and a small kitchenette to serve the people of his village Beit Sahour, annexed to the holy city of Behtlehem the cradle of Jesus Christ, with different types of Arabic food to suit the needs of the incomers. By the passage of years and the increasing number of visitors, this Hamble restaurant had been turned into a larger place and modernized to coincide with rising demands of the area and there emerged the concept of elevating the restructuring of the restaurant in an appropriate architectural manner to match the progress of life. Henceforth, A/ W af oora Restaurant persevered the name but not the structure where you could now see pillars, masoned floor, air-conditioning and heating system. Different forms of social activities and musicals now exist with fabulous lighting effects.

Snowbar
Al-SnowBar (Arabic: الصنوبر ) is a Palestinian Garden Pool Restaurant & Bar resort located in Ramallah city in the central West Bank adjacent to al-Bireh. Its approximately 10 kilometers (6 miles) north of Jerusalem. The resort is a haven surrounded by pine trees, offering a peaceful and quiet environment. Landscaping and layout of the land is the work of Master landscaper Ameen Marouf. During the day families can relax and enjoy both good food and swimming.
