Our team is devoted to finding innovative solutions and adding exclusive value. Our focus is on paper and leather design but we are prone to apply different materials, technologies and creation. At our bindery we also organize different open courses and host private workshops for groups as well.

That means also celebrating the new creators in the region through Nordic and Baltic Young Artist Award since 2016. ART CALENDAR & SPOTLIGHT Too much art is enjoyed only by small numbers of people and too many people don’t dare to step into a gallery at all. We want to break down these walls and open up the landscape for more people to be connected to art as a medium; to connect to the perspectives and ideas around them through art. By working together with art institutions and artists, NOBA brings to you the smorgasbord of the most relevant and boundary-pushing creative works of the region every day. Maardu Kultuuri- Ja Infokeskus

Maardu Kultuuri- ja Infokeskuse (edaspidi MKIK) haldusalasse kuuluvad Maardu Rahvamaja (Karjääri 4), Maardu Vaba Aja Keskus (Keemikute 12b). MKIKi tegevuse eesmärgiks on linna elanike informeerimine, vaba aja veetmise, kultuuri- ja huvitegevuse korraldamine ning koordineerimine. MKIKi töö prioriteetideks on rahvusvähemuste ühingute loominguliste kollektiivide (ukraina Stozhary, valgevene Jalinka, tatari Kojash) ning noorte tegevuse toetamine. Noored osalevad tantsustuudio Nezabudki, harrastusteatri Veer i shpaga, maalikunsti stuudio Menos, moeteatri Natali, tänavatantsu stuudio Dream Power ning vokaalstuudio Eridan töös. Mitmed kollektiivid on saavutanud tunnustust nii kodu- kui välismaal. MKIKis töötavad mitmed kultuurikollektiivid ja huviringid. Käesoleval ajal osalevad rahvamaja 10 huviringis ca 400 inimest.

Piparkoogimaania

Gingerbread Mania exhibition engages about 100 artists, designers, architects etc who turn gingerbread dough into unique gingerbread creations. The event has been held in Tallinn since 2006, and more than 450 artists have taken part. Participants have been from Estonia, Finland, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Switzerland and Russia. Exhibition has become one of the main attractions in Tallinn during winter.
