Bobbiny is an awesome collection of recycled cotton ropes owned and operated by wife and husband Aleksandra and Tomasz in manufactory in Warsaw, Poland. Together with our great team, we create exceptional and colorful yarns and ropes for your macramé projects, bags, rugs, poufs, pillows, jewelry and other knit wares and fashion accessories. The story begins on the one spring day in May of 2014 when Aleksandra invented Bobbiny and a few days later Tomasz named and designed the brand. Full of enthusiasm and creative ideas we started developing products and giving Bobbiny its strength and quality. As a young couple working on brand and products we believed in was very exciting. But the early days made for some testing times and taught us so many lessons. We carry out projects devoted to aesthetics, art, education, social change and corporate cultural responsibility. Glass Studio Habrat
Maciej Habrat was born in Krosno in 1971. His father was a glass blower so Maciej had spent hours on observing hard work of creating glass masterpieces since he was a child. His father also showed him sectets of his unique work. Glass has became Maciej’s passion. He started his education at Art High School in Miejsce Piastowe in 1986. After finishing the school, he moved to Wrocaw to study at the most presigious Academy of Fine Arts in Poland, Ceramic and Glass Faculty. During holidays and free time he used to travel to his hometown Krosno to develop his manual skills in glassworks in Krosno. He created the MA Thesis-Vase in a Grall Technology under the supervision of Professor Zbigniew Horbowy in The Glass Cathedral in Wrocław. After graduation he came back to Krosno and started coopertaion with famous glassworks. He also designed glassware for glassworks in Inowrocław. Maciej’s dream has always been to design artistic glass so in 1997 he opened his own company-Glass Studio Habrat. Since that time many masterpieces have been brought to life by Maciej: sculptures, hanging objects, statuettes, decorative items -all made in fusing technique. His style is easily recognised in many galleries all around the worls. Maciej’s unique works were displayed in The Corning Museum of Glass, USA.
