Winners attache beaucoup d’importance à la formation continue de ses employés : elle est la seule chaîne de supermarchés de Maurice à avoir son propre centre de formation, la « Winners Academy ». Winners est également la première enseigne du secteur à s’être engagée concrètement pour l’environnement. Grâce à son programme intitulé « Green Together, Winners Forever », des sacs en papier sont disponibles aux caisses depuis 2009, une centrale photovoltaïque a été aménagée sur le toit du supermarché de Coromandel et des réceptacles de tri de déchets ont été disposés sur les parkings des supermarchés.
