It leverages years of academic accumulation in visual and motion control fields from the Robotics Department of The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Combining the support policies for tech innovation enterprises from the Hong Kong government and Hong Kong Science Park, as well as investment from Lenovo Group, the company focuses on the development and production of new-generation intelligent robots, such as 3D machine vision. The founders include Prof Liu Yunhui (CUHK professor), Mr. Bai Peng (Former President of Lenovo Group's Intelligent Infrastructure Business in China), CUHK PhD and postdoc. At present, the company has received support from the ITC Technology Start-up Support Scheme for Universities HKSTP Incubation Program and the ITC Research, Academic and Industry Sectors One-plus Scheme (RAISe+).
